Im currently lucky i drive a DSM. Its broke. LOL But im sure when its running in Mid April, Premium should be around $4-5 bucks a gallon. At that point i might as well run VP Race gas Daily.

It doesn't really change my driving habits, I just grin and bear it. I don't really put on that many miles and there's not much I can do about the price of gas anyway. It sucks, but It's not like I'm going to go bankrupt over it.

i dont mind the price difference when it comes to regular vs premium. putting 12 gallons in @ 3.00 bucks is $36, and 12 @ 3.20 is $38 and change. two bucks to me isnt worth worrying about.

its just when gas jumps a buck fifty a gallon over a 2 month time period that blows. 25 bucks vs 35 bucks is hard to digest.

hey i just put in $10 or $20 everytime i get gas so i dont let it get to me..... its all mental!!!! as long as you dont fill your gas tank you really dont see the difference.... its always gonna be $10 dollars if you put $10 in.... but thats me!!!!

Yeah, I do what johnson said, but It sounds to me like you aren't getting paid enough. :) or you aren't willing to sacrifice accelleration. remember - a low powered car can go fast also, it just can't weigh very much. at all.

But if you think about it, if you only put in $10 you get less gas at one price than a higher price. It really doesn't matter in the end unless you're pinching pennies.

My girlfriend used to do that until she got a better job. Now she just fills it and doesn't worry about it.

yea thats why I bought a rocket, fast as hell and 45 to 50 mpg, 200miles per tank, plus it only takes 10 bux to fill. money saver:smoking:. only on weekends do I even take out the dsm.

Yeah, the rolla gets about 270miles plus (more the warmer it is, over 300 once we hit 70s) its only 10 gallons.
DSM tank 13 gallons, maybe 200 miles if i am good, that doesn't happen.

Maybe i need a galant, but somehow i don't think so.

Both my cars get only BP premium and honestly I don't even look at the price nor does it change my driving habits. When it comes down to it, the cost of gas is still very cheap entertainment.
