Interesting, I don't really like judge judy. She was calling that scammer fat and stupid, and honestly, I wouldn't take that from some 3rd rate judge who needed to be on tv to feel like she has more power.

Scammers aren't cool, but that plaintiff didn't read the whole ad.

They don't really make it clear, but Judge Judy's comments seem to indicate that instead of writing "The auction is for photos" she wrote "the auction is for what you see in the picture." The picture was of a picture of the phone. I think the buyers probably read the add fine and the seller was trying to use a bogus technicality.

More scammers should have the same shit, make it manditory for them to go on judge judy or other TV judges. I was watching that thinking god i hope judge judy gives the plaintiffs more then just the cost of the phone, and when she said $5000 i was like "Hell yeah". Fat Bitch got what she deserved.

I couldn't believe it that the judgement was for $5k! Seems obsurdly high, but hell yeah, screw the scammer. Maybe this will deter others from trying the same thing.

Whats sad is this kinda thing goes on a ton on ebay. Whenever people say "you get everything you see here" I am always suspicious. I was pumped to see that chick getting robbed out of her $5000.

Yeah, people need to read the Ebay descriptions a little more carefully. But, it was awesome to see that girl get ripped a new one. Plus, JJ had a good point about the weight.
