Fuel sending unit studs broken - retap?
 

I broke off two studs that hold the sending unit down. They were right next to each other and when I ran the car it leaked a little bit from the base. I pulled it back off, added some RTV and tried to torque it down a little harder. Apparently I put a little too much force on one of the studs, because it broke as well. Now there are 3 on one side all broken.

Obviously this is no good. Can I extract the old bolts? Drill them out and retap them?
