New Hot Rod!

5 Attachment(s)
I put a deposit on this last week. It's in Detroit. I should be heading out tomorrow evening to go pick her up! I'm sure most of you know what this is already, so no need to go into details. It's bone stock. Doesn't start though.

Awesome. I'll be free the 3rd through the 6th if you want to work on it.

11b's everywhere. Just wait, I'm going to get more people to buy Colts.

I go back to work on the 2nd, but I'll be home after work on the 5th, and the 6th. Whenever you wanna swap that stuff onto your car.

Stock block, GT42R, 150 shot and 1950 lbs equals one crazy ride. Let's mod that thing up.

Haha, yes but beware, in AV mustangs still rule the streets save for the occasional "11 second" SRT4. If they figure out how to tune their NOS timing or tie their shoes, woe is the world.

Haha, best quote of the year!

Nice find though B. Why is it that it needs to be towed?

timing belt, fuel pump, transistor/coil pack, ecu, spark plugs/wires, you get the idea.

Yup. He said it cranks, says it has a spark, has compression. So it's looking like fuel, or some sort of bad sensor somewhere. He says it doesn't even hiccup like it wants to start, it just cranks. When I get it, I'm going to go back over everything. First thing I'm going to check is the timing belt. Then crank it and recheck compression, spark, and make sure it's getting fuel. If it's getting all that, well then that'd lead me to believe it's not getting the correct mixture of air/fuel, and I'll probably hook up a logger, start going after different sensors.

I figured with him saying it cranks and has good compression, well I can work with that for $675

14b with 1g side mount and your good to go.

Than the fun starts when you yank that 4g61t out and drop in a 4g63t. Damn still waiting for SlowV to get his tuned. Good luck on the trip.
