What's your opinion on these tires?

What are you ideas on these tires? They are Nitto 555r Drag Radials. The size of the tires are 225/50/R16. Will the size be okay on my 2g gst?

The size will be ok but its hit or miss with the Nitto DR's. If they haven't been taken care of very well they become hard and aren't worth a shit. If they are in decent shape its not a bad deal. I tried a set on my GTP and they spun just as bad as my Potenza S03's. Then I tried a set of BFG DR's and it was a night and day difference.

They are cheap though.

I hope you have more than just the front two wheels! Because that's all this guy is selling.

The 555 are OK I ran them. They wernt what I was expecting. If your looking for a track tire I would go staight to a slick. The 555 has a really soft compound and wears out really fast. The side walls are pretty soft too and they dont corner very well. the only time I was really impressed with My 555's was the end of this summer when the tred was completly worn off, ten they hooked pretty good. If I dont get a Diff this spring I'll probly try some BFG DR's for the street.
