I just bought another 90 Laser RST. This one is blue and in better shape. I ended up driving my RST much more than I thought I would, so I payed some extra $$$ to get a nicer one. 6 month old paint job and it is from Texas, so no rust!

WTF is with the whole me and my DSMs? It's getting to the point where I'm just going to sell them all and be done with it so I don't have to listen to this anymore.

john 10-20-2003 08:47 PM

Does that mean that you are going to sell the fwd you got from redlines' roommate? You don't need it anymore now.

Jakey 10-20-2003 09:04 PM

DSMAholic Junior!!! :P

john 10-20-2003 09:04 PM

Nevermind. Just saw you are. Have to get rid of a car first. Damn parents.

JET 10-20-2003 09:12 PM

Lets see....

92 Talon AWD(fast silver one)
90 Laser (new blue one)
90 Laser (Maroon one for sale! $1000)
91 Talon AWD (parts car- hit 2 deer)
92 Talon AWD (parts car/fixer upper also for sale! $750)

The maroon one is a good car, just wasn't quite nice enough. I am doing some customer visits for my company and need one that looks really nice.

Those 90 Lasers RSTs are such sleeper cars. Most people think they are non-turbos. Nice find JET!!

Damn, now I just found a 90 RST with 50k miles on it! I have to find out how much he wants for it. This one just fell in my lap.

PS, I saw you today Curt! I was in the maroon 90 RST, dunno if you recognized me or not.

BuildADSM 10-22-2003 09:24 PM

Jakey 10-23-2003 12:27 AM

Just out of curiosity JET, how do you keep "stumbling" across these cars, luck?

JET 10-23-2003 10:51 PM

The blue one was posted on a board. This red one with 50k on it was weird. I was on a customer visit for work and this dude's buddy shows up. Asks me about the laser and find out that he has a 90 with 50k miles on it and is thinking about selling it! I called him today and will hopefully hear from him soon.

Jakey 10-23-2003 11:56 PM

It sounds like it is about time to start a DSM Museum between you and Nash. ;)
