A good friend of mine just accepted a job offer, beginning in January, at Eaton Fluid Power in Eden Prairie. He is now beginning the housing search. Does anyone have any suggestions about good avenues to pursue?

Where to start, Talk him into buying our place. ;)

EP and Edina are still overprice but you can definalt get a nice house in the area if you look and lowball. So many people out there sitting on two payment they will let one place go dirt cheap right now.

Rent or own? I work in Eden Prairie and live in Minnetonka so I should be able to help since I recently did an extensive apt search down here and am very happy at my current place.

There is lots available from apts, to rooms in houses for rent, condos, etc. A price range would be helpful too with some more details as to what he is looking for.
