but only somewhat.. dont worry too much..

anyway i picked up a fairly rust free to say galant vr4. its grey, 16g turbo, bigger pump and injectors, some suspension mods and exhaust. its a fun car.. pretty damn laggy but im gonna take it to lse and get that fixed..

but ya its not my main car.. my 240 just wont cut it in the winter and my tahoe cost to much so the tahoe is going and the galant is in..

so ya.. im back? :( stupid ass cheap turbo awd fun cars

2k :) i think i got a damn good deal.. assuming its just turbo lag or it needs tuning... its got a bigger pump and injectors he says with no tuning.. so ya im gonnatake it up there soon here. just gotta get cash(between picking this up and finishing my 240.. im in enough debt for now)

but ya.. it runs/drives great just laggy in first gear like hell.. ( i hear they are laggy to begin with.. that true?) anyway next year maybe a fmic setup but thats gonna be it.. its gonna be me reliable/daily/comfy/winter car as my 240 has FULL suspension, stripped, cage, racing seats, harness etc.

anyway ill get some pics up on monday most likely after work.. its honestly in damn good condition compaired to every other vr4 ive seen expecially for the price

16g should never really "lag" in any gear.. It's about as small as a 14b - Probably has boost leaks or some crazy exhaust leaks. It could be anything. The ECU needs to know it has bigger injectors.

i may be mistaken but i do believe that all Galant vr4's are eprom ecu's, if its true get dsmlink :)

shane-yes you are.. this isnt going to be my nice car though as well as it should be.. so im gonna reflash the ecu or something but i know it needs a tune hardcore..

pimpin- it has an exhaust leak i got under it while running tonight and you can hear it.. too dark to see but ill check it out tomorrow if im not too busy with bday festivities..
