2g 1g motor swap question?
 

I am in the process of the 1g 2g motor swap and i was wondering if you need to take off the motor mount off the 2g engine and put it on the 1g motor or if you can use the 1g mount. This refers to the mount on the side of the belts. I dont want to have to take and screw up the timing belt set up on the 2g motor by taking off the motor mount. Let me know what you know ASAP please

You need to use the 2G one and grind down a section of it to clear the 1G water pump.(use all 2G motor mounts)

So the 1g wont lign up. Any one have a 2g motor mount setup for the belt side. I dont want to mess up the timing belt for the good motor that i am trying to sell.
