Some will notice right away that an automatic post is made after the first post in any new thread. Just playing around with this for right now, but figured not a bad time to do it and toss in the All Mitsu Cookout for a little extra bump for Curt.

Yeah I agree with CVD, everyone on the board who cares already knows about the Cookout already since its generally on the list of "new posts".

true. I agree. I see it enough with his profile (not knocking ya at all curt) I think if people care, then they already know about it, and see it on enough spots here. Posting it in each forum is like...door to door salesmen for bibles or sumthing. It get's old REALLY fast. Crambing crap down people's throats is not going to win any hearts over, so to speak. I'm not saying you are doing that at all, just basically saying that it's already on enough places here, so I think we are good.

As much as I love to see more info about the Cookout floating around, the advertising post is annoying. Advertisements should be at the top or bottom of a page, not in the thread.

I love it. I think it should stay. If I could have an automatic 1st post in every thread, do you know how high my post count would be by now? Way up there.

Keep it. But add more stuff to it. Maybe links to dirty sites like furnitureporn dot com.

You should throw in a myspace plug too! I'm suprised the cookout doesn't have a myspace. Everyone else, and their mother has one. Now, movies, products, and other business have one.
