Dying Leather?
 

Can you Dye leather interior? I want my car to be all black and i want black leather interior, but we all know that it is extremely rare, anyway i might be able to pick up a tan leather interior and i was wondering if anyone knew or had any experience dying leather a different color.

(The reason i am doing this is that i am sick of having a shitbox looking car and i am changing that this summer, this winter i will change the whole 172hp thing :o)

I know its talked about on dsmtuners.com just go there and search...I plan on doing it with the cloth interior in my car later this week

YOu can do the whole Kat Skin (spelling) cover thing. I've seen a few cars done with them and they seem to work pretty well, but I don't know if they make covers for 1G seats. Maybe try to find some 2G seats to install and wrap?

It's seats covers that are supposed to have really good fit and quality. For those who remember/saw BatGirl's GST (insert roll eyes here) she had them. There are several dealers in the citites for these as well as links to online dealers through that website listed above. It's probably a good place to start looking before spending $60 bucks shipping on stuff you are hiding tears in a week after the install.
