92tsiawd84 installed a safc in my car and the throttle jiggles around 3% at idle. On his car it sits at 0% when you are off the gas. When you go WOT it hits 100% like normal. Could this have something to do with my idle problems? Why wouldn't it be at 0%? Also on the vfaq wiring diagram for a 2g, it said something about a knock sensor led mod. What is this? When you start knocking the light comes on? Thanks :3gears:

The AFC does some learning of what it thinks 0% and 100% are. It is a universal device and even though most TPS sensors use a 0-5V sensor, not all use exactly the part of the range, so it learns a little bit as to what it thinks 0% and 100% are on your car. The 100% part it gets pretty quick, but some times you will see it pull up some values when you are at 0% throttle. To be sure though, you could check your TPS sensor's adjustment.

You are right, the throttle is down to 0 now. Any idea what the knock led light mod is for and how to do it if it is beneficial?

It's a waste of time, especially on a 2G. It's just an LED that you hook up to the factory boost control solenoid. The 2G ECU pulses it often in the mid RPM range regardless of knocking.
