What is the lowest we can go to clear stock small 1g brakes. +25.... + 30? I think stock is +43. Anyone who knows, lemme know.

The way I read was +35 was pushing it, but that's possibly with the big brakes. Regardless I wouldn't go too much less than that, +30 is probably getting damn close. The wheels I got are +40, which is what is recommended for the big brakes.
