WHOOT! :) I am soo happy right now, i just cracked open my ecu and u know what? its a rebuilt eprom ecu! man i cant believe this! its a 6/4 eprom 5spd from the factory! i'm going to order the dsm link here soon, dont need it yet but i will ;)

It probably has perfect leather interior and ice cold A/C....I bet it even has working hatch struts and pop up headlights.

MMC really screwed up on these two. wouldn't have been hard to carry over the indestructable quest pop ups and the '1 in a million fail' struts.

I dunno where you've been, but hatch struts and popups arent exactly high on the list of easily correctable MMC fuckups.

I've just never had to think about those. I've got plenty of problems of my own i'm trying to fix. like two injectors.

My hatch struts and pop ups have worked great on both my 90's. and crank up windows work great. Never been lucky enuf to have an eprom ecu stock though. That would have been nice

We went through 3 sets of hatch shocks on the black 92 we had.

The pop ups are a piece of cake to fix. Hatch struts are easy but cost money.

You guys forget about that corner piece above the glovebox on the passenger dash that likes to pop up and look tacky. Two out of my 3 have had that one.

kevin there is one for sale on the forums right now, yes my power windows work just fine, yes the A.C. is ICE cold, the leather on the drivers side is f'd tho. With syncromech the tranny is great, but without syncromesch it would chirp in 2nd. Hatch struts work great. Well there are a cupel body inperfections but i can live with those. Oh b4 i bought the car the head was rebuilt with a new timing belt and water pump. I have a full interior and it doesn't smell.http://dsmstyle.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I hate my black leather when it sits in the sun and collects enough heat to burn you :D. The worst part, it only takes a couple minutes to get warm and FOREVER to cooldown in the hot weather. Aghhh!!!
