Jesus can some one give me a job already? i mean ive been looking for a long time and i cant find a place that even has any openings. I know its not my breath and i groom myself religiously, not to be vain but i'm not a bad looking guy and i'm not short on self confidence. I have a pretty good work record, never been fired before. No one has a job for a 19 year old with tonz of skills and the ability to sell an industrial sized can of peanuts to a guy with a severe allergy to them? All the jobs i want i cant get and all the jobs i dont want dont have openings. WTF is wrong with the world!

you own the wrong kinds of cars for someone that doesn't have an income.

Finding a job will only get harder with time. It might be time to suck it up and get a shitty job for awhile. Some money is better than no money.

Try wal-marts.I know the one i work at needs some over night people. But it is in hudson and it pays pretty good! Also northwest airlines is have a job fair at MOA from 9 till 3.

If you think you can sell, go and sell cars. They always have openings and you dont need any work history.

There are a lot of sites out there to help you. Check out America's Job Bank. There are a ton of jobs on there.

Yeah, in times of desperation flipping burgers beats sitting at home. Employment angencies are a great place to look, they can get pretty much anyone into a position. Northwest Airlines is hiring baggage handlers, and there is a pest control place west of Plymouth that is hiring for bug killing.

Yeah, I'd say go to some temp-to-hire agencies. They always find a place for you. And like someone said, if you feel that you are good at selling, go sell cars. I heard that the Hyndai in Roseville was hiring. Give them a call.

There is supposed to be some big standoff today with illegal workers protesting all over and no going to work or school. Should be plenty of openings today :)

Least thats what happened to me working at maplewood's fine and dandy food court.
Are you going to college as well?
If so, i suggest, no..I RECOMMEND, you go and apply at Wells Fargo. (This is where i currently work at). I myself am not considered for this, but they help pay off your college tuition.

Have you tried any of the restaurants on snelling by Har Mar ? Or stores in Har Mar themselves?

I'm only 20 myself, but getting a job that pays $10 or more might be a bit hard. Although, i'm an exception.

Car sales would be a pretty tight job though.

For owning two cars, insurance must be tough.

I do own both the cars, insurance is killer $181/month for just the talon. I am trying to sell the Eclipse its on carsoup right now for $7k. I do have a job, i work at night for my dads business but I'm trying to find a daytime job at a place, but no luck. I could try a temp to higher place but i dont know if a commitment is required. I worked at rosedale in zumiez, ive worked at Crossroads movie theater, ive worked for carsoup before and ive worked for a sit-down restaurant as a cook, i kinda want a job where i do somthing constructive and somthing I like.

Ever consider getting a beater and delivering pizzas? hell I did it in the laser for awhile. Its a great job. I usually made 12-15 an hour.

Yeah I agree, when you are searching for a job in desperation the worst thing you can do is say "I'm too good for XXX." That quote right there is why people can stay unemployed and broke for years while never progressing at all through life (my aunt for example, now my cousins are turning into an exact replica of her).

The job has to not conflict with my current work schedule and it has to meet my personal requirements. I am turning in a bunch of applications at dealerships to become a lot tech or detailer.
