Funny clunking noise

Its a 97 Eclipse GST. It sounds like its coming from the engine compartment. Maybe from a pully somewhere. It drives and runs fine. The noise also seems to lessen when at higher RPM's. Anyone have any idea? I think that I'll take the belt off and see if there are any pully's that seem to have a lot of play in them.

I had this problem when my harmonic balancer went out in my '91. But it could be anything I suppose.
