Turbo install
 
I have a 98 gsx I want to put a 16g into it just seeing if anyone on here would be interested I giving a fellow Dsmer a hand on this also the fuel pump rewire kit and injectors 2 am will to pay someone but just dont what a shop to do it cause I wanna learn for future reference... Thanks alot

I assume you're going from a T25 to the 16g? Make sure you have the the 2g install kit that has the J-pipe, oil line, return line, etc..

ooh good point. Make sure you have all your gaskets & stuff on-hand whenever you go to actually do the swap.

let me know if you need the lines. I have some from my big 16g I could sell you for much cheaper than buying them new.

should the install kit come with one??? or r u saying buy the lines from u and then get a j pipe

also on Turbochargers.com ther have an evo mani your choice of g and an install kit for $699.00 is that decent or should I keep the 2g mani and just buy the turbo and install kit...

Thats actually not a bad deal. Normally big 16Gs go for like $550 and install kit for like $200. I put a 14B on a 2G with no install kit. Really you just need like the 1G lines and the stock Jpipe. Then cut your lower intercooler pipe where it starts going up and put in a like 4 inch extension.

Did ya check the website or go by what I was saying sounds like a good deal to me... prolly order up @ the end of the month and yeah anyone is welcome to come Ill post up here when i get all the stuff in my hands and well go from there prolly the weekend after that maybe second weekend in May
