o2 mounted external wastegate
 

Do any of you have any experience with this type of setup? How is boost creep? I am thinking of a way to get an external gate with out having to buy a new manifold. Thanks guys.

That set-up works well. Probably several people here are using the same thing.

i have a tial 40 mounted on a tubular 02 housing. holds 12psi solid on a 3055.

That will work noah, but ya gotta get rid of the internal gate, and weld that flapper open, or get rid of it....actually, since you are getting that other turbo, don't worry about what I just said. have fun..perhaps I'll see ya soon n we can compare setups :-)
