Welcome! This site has many members from all over the state, and the surrounding states, and even further.

I bet a lot of people on this site will tell you just to sell your car, and get a factory turbo one (because you say you're planning on turboing your factory N/A car). It would probably be the wisest route.

Yah, bad idea to turbo an N/A beast. You could sell it, or you could do what I did, and run it into on coming traffic :D Joking. Anyways, good luck and welcome!

Re: hey how you doing?

Umm...he says right in his first post that he has a GST. I'm guessing he is upgrading the turbo; although he wasn't real clear about that so he'll I'm sure be working on that problem whether he likes it or not ;)

Re: hey how you doing?

DSM clubs in Minnesota? that depends on your definition, if you define a DSM club as meaning a group of people that share a common interest in turbo TLE’s and hang out in large numbers than no. DSM people never make it to TEL events we just talk about it online.:)

They all have to get their cars running first!!! ;>)

Welcome. I am going to be DSM-less this summer since I just sold mine. Someone is going to be having a blast this summer with it though. Maybe I'll get one in a year or 2 again and start building.

Wanna know something sad?
The other night I was thinking about dsm #4 and how I should get another POS once the stealth runs for a winter beater, lol.

Bah! Way to confuse us! :p Just kidding man! But if you want a serious piece of advice so that the mods don't yell at you, use the shift key. Pretty much this is the best sort of MN based DSM organization around right now. There are other DSM websites but most of them aren't as MN based as this one. You'll find a lot of DSMers around, if you ever go to University in the summer and such, but most of them don't usually travel in packs. Maybe one to three or four will but they are usually close friends. I personally would love to see a club pop up. The only problem is a lot of the clubs I know of (no names) usually have a bunch of dip shits who get involved. Thats why I stick to talking to these guys because the dip shits usually don't stay long, so I can still learn in peace :p This is a good place to start though. I've learned a lot from these guys. But if you ever want to meet some of the local DSM's, watch the boards. People are usually meeting up to go to Applebee's or the Bird or something. It is a lot more fun once you start meeting everyone and start putting a face with all of the names. I think a few of us are going to go to University this weekend if you would like to join us, but it would be more of the n00bs than any thing (Myself, greasemonkey, shiftygears, and Average Joe) Well, hope to see ya down there!
