Fuel Pressure

92 awd

What should my fuel pressure be at? It's at 28psi at idle. Isn't 38psi the factory level? I havent really dicked around with it, but im guessing it was purposely set lower because of the larger pump.

Walbro 255 (don't think its an HP, was installed in car when I bought it)
Holley 660cc
bolt on afrp
