Need help on NT water pipe on Turbo car
 
I am installing a NT water pipe on a 6bolt 4g63t engine. My question is where would you reattach the coolant line to the oil cooler so the oil cooler will still work? One line goes to the thermostat housing and where would I hook up the other line. Any help will be greatly appreciated. This is a 1G car.

Not sure. I think this is typically used only if you've switched to not only a dry bearing turbo, but an air-to-air oil cooler.

I am running a PTE 56 trim so I eliminated the coolant lines to the turbo but because it is a 1991 talon. It has another coolant line going into the oil housing. Can this line be elimnated completely? Will it affect the temp of the oil if I bypass this coolant line?

You don't want to bypass the oil sandwich cooler. Oil temp and engine temp go hand in hand, no oil cooler means more strain on the cooling system. Not to mention quicker breakdown of dino oil from 220+ temps.

It's best to use a turbo coolant pipe and run the line that normally goes to the turbo directly to the oil cooler. The other line runs straight up into the pipe by the water pump. Or you can get rid of both lines by simply running a '90 style housing and use an air cooler. Much more expensive, but braided line is always cool.
