1992 Tsi AWD 446AWHP

10 Attachment(s)
Take a look at my craigslist ad:

http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ra...396352891.html

For the price you aren't going to get a better performing car.

I have but a lot of time, money, and effort into making this car into a very nicely modded 1G AWD. Almost every aspect of the car has been modified, the suspension, brakes, exterior, interior, and of couse the engine and drivetrain. The engine bay is where my effort was mostly applied. Just recently won 2nd Best 1G at the 20009 Mitsu Cookout. The car overall is in very good condition for the mileage. This is also an extremely reliable car, I have no worries! I drove this car 4 hours to Brainerd, ran 10 passes down the drag strip, and drove back home! It runs great!

1992 Eagle Talon TSI AWD 5 speed
Runs on E85
NO RUST
6 bolt engine/ 4 bolt rear end
145,000 miles (15-20K on engine!)
Great condition interior with tan leather
No A/C or power steering
All receipts since I've owned it (it was stock when I got it)
Dyno tuned at DB Performance, made 446awhp/354tq (Fuel Pump limited)
Ran a best of 11.47@127mph @ 402awhp/335tq
99% of parts are from Mitsubishi; no parts store crap here.
Almost everything on the car was bought BRAND NEW
6 bolt engine, 4 bolt rear end
All maintenance stuff is done:
Brakes are new, belts, battery, timing belt/waterpump, fluids, hoses, etc. Pretty much everything. Drive this without worry!!

The Bad:
Left side parking brake cable broken, but right side works great!
The pushlock/AN drain tube seems to always have a small drip of oil on it, not a bad leak, just some seepage
Headliner sags, has been fixed twice before
Tear on driver's seat.

Current MODS.... Yeah, it's a long list.... Read it all!

i dont understand why you would sell your pride and joy, seems like an amazing car and it sounds like you have a lot of blood and sweet invested, and that you really like it.

i dont know, but it dosent sound like you really wanna sell it, but i also dont know your situation.

maybe its the alcohal speaking but i dont think you should sell it, just keep it as an awsome wexaple of a great dsm.

I have had only 1G awd 5 speed DSMs since I was 16, even my first car was a mint 92 GSX. I kinda just want to move onto something new, start a new project, because for me building the car is the most fun, but still 2nd to hearing that big ass turbo spooling up right in a Mustang's window ;)

Although, those who know me understand that if I came upon a MINT 1G AWD I'd probably but it... haha.

Finally got around to finishing the intake, Primo Performance powdercoated it for me. Thanks!

I'd still need to order front wheel bearings/seals, as I want to replace all the front end parts and get a fancy alignment.
