Just got my Mobil rebate in the mail yesterday, so about 7-8 weeks this time. Slower than usual, but still all good!

Hell yeah! I'm going to pick up a jug of the new Mobil 1 Euro 0W-40 for the Lexus. That's stuff supposed to be really good, and considering the price after this rebate, makes it an almost unbeatable value.

It was mentioned in the shoutbox, but I'll post it up here too. Peter found that they specifically EXCLUDED AMAZON from this rebate. I called the hotline and verified that is true, they will not honor Amazon receipts.
However they did tell me that WALMART IS STILL HONORED. So just a heads up! |

Walmart has Mobil 1 Extended Performance at a great price, and is now apparently offering free 2-day shipping. Remember, Walmart purchases are accepted for this year's mail-in-rebate offer, but Amazon is not!

Mobil claims a 5 year shelf life in a sealed container so no worries about stocking up.

FWIW looks like the Quaker State and Pennzoil rebates are still going on as well. However I've noticed the Pennzoil Platinum prices are all over the place (at least online). Looks like they changed it up slightly. Rather than 2 rebates in spring, and 2 rebates in fall, looks like now it's just once (now thru Sept) and your allowed 4 rebates. |

Walmart has their Mobil 1 jugs on sale currently for $22 (regular) and $25 (EP). A 3-pack of the EP jugs is the best price I've ever seen on them. I personally bought 3 jugs of regular Mobil 1 5W-30 and 2 M1-113A oil filters this morning. I'm not wild about the changes they made to the filters when the "A" was added to the part #, but it's still the best oil filter you can get for $5 (after rebate)! I just wish there was a M1 oil filter for the Volt, but the Fram Ultra Synthetic I've been using on it is a superior filter anyway, just gotta pay full price (~$10) for them.

Walmart is. They aren't listed, but they are accepted. This is direct from Mobil. Amazon is also not listed, but is NOT accepted!
