Its that white one that ran that really low 9/ high 8 at proving grounds.

I need to replace my broken transfer case with 300M gears and see what happens, hopefully all the auto guys don't beat us this year... not for going fast but for the reliability. Haha. I'm still into shifting, but J. bush is doing awesome just mashing the pedal. You going to shoot for 8's this year?

Hopefully mondale on here can come and run with you 5 spd dudes, almost every platform is going to autos for racing now, word is there should be a pretty quick suby in the mix this year too.

I hope you guys can find the recipe for reliability, 5 spd cars rock.

More cars the better! It sucks when there are 2-3 cars in a class.

I'm trying not to go absolute overboard unless I'm absolutely sure I need it. I’m still using the AEM twin fire garbage in the 1G, they work great until they fail & never misfired, and you?

Same here twin fire with the coil on plug stuff. But, once the twin fire fails ill goto an m&w box and be done with it. Also waiting on my fuel pump to get back after burning out again. Ill be switching to a wedlen pump probably too.

What pump are you running? I've actually had good luck with my Fuelab, I think its the 1500HP version.

I'll end up upgrading when it breaks again this summer...Thanks for the heads up, is it out of the RX7? Unfortunitly moneys a little tight these days, well I've spent too much on the winter project. I didn't realize the Evo would turn out to be a full on project.

Just by simple drag racing math with a 1.5 60' the car will be close to a 8, we will see. The evo looks good.

Thanks!

So are you going to go with some 5 lug hubs and a set of slicks this year? I could see it running high 8's and to recapture the galant record.

Re: Mark's Evo IX MR Winter Projects

You guys should both run these!

My car will use the BFG comp t/a for the street and have a set of QTP's for track use, if rims are in the budget 5 lugs will be on the car. And I recommend the aeromotive Eliminator fuel pump, in my car its able to produce over 100psi of fuel pressure at battery voltage. And no voltage regulator needed if you are not going on road trips.
