Do they have support for running different MAP sensors on the evoX yet? That would be the way to go (I run a PnP OmniPower 4-bar).

I know DG motors (skeptical at best) had run the omni 4 bar's along with ETS too i believe. So I am pretty sure it is possible to run them. Whether or not I will be able to log boost properly, no idea.

Re: Dave's Evo X Build

I got sick of how lame the Evo is, how bad the gas mileage is, how expensive the maintenance is and how poor the quality of build is on a 35k car.

Traded it in for a boring vehicle today, way more solid. Now I have a bunch of money left over.

On a serious note, it is a pretty solid car. The interior actually in ways makes me see what people complain about in the Evo X. I didn't buy the X at all for the interior, but it would be nice to have a sweet interior too.

All in all, this is a great loaner car to put around in, i like it a little:)

Nice to have a normal car to cruise in every once in a while.

UPDATE:

Got my car, fixed under warranty!!!! Sweet, i love it, Mits came through for me. Thank god there was a TSB, more money for mods now.

However, I am slightly concerned, a had an engine code right when I got in it at idle. P0300 I think, it was a random misfire code. One mechanic there went for a test ride since they thought the timing might be off a tooth but its not that.

So hopefully nothing is f'ed up, pulls nicely still.

Side note, clutch seems to have gotten better! It is holding all gears with flying colors again, woo.

Nothing a launch or two couldn't fix. ;)

It's all the same to me now, since I am getting it replaced soon. I am border line beating on it, thinking about launching it even, lol.

I finally beat a crotch rocket this weekend in my car too;) It was close but I edged him out. Feels good to beat something on two wheels.

fucking nice. I like beating bikes, hasn't happened for so long :o(.

Looks like you need to pick up my slack for a bit then, I'm sure you won't mind. (BTW I race every bike I can)

What size 600?

Was hard to read it in my rear view.

It was a ducatti of some sort, didn't catch the size/model. From a roll essentially.

Thats awesome! I took down a R6 and I was more than happy!

^That is still very solid, your car is a much better top end car than mine i am sure, being lighter and with the black. I bet once you get that thing e85'ed and fully tuned it will really rip:)

Badass! I hung with an R1 w/ passenger last year from 40-120 and was absolutely extatic!

Keep having fun with it, spring is here!

Assuming I get my wastegate I think so, blouch is being slow with it, its been forever, well over a week, which seems long for something so simple.

What time is that at? I haven't even checked yet.

New parts!!!

Blouch wga, hopefully hold 30psi or so.

Omni 4bar for more boost potential.
http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...6/5f736116.jpg

Dropping my car off at DB Tuesday night probably for clutch/flywheel and Clutch master cylinder upgrade. Then retune when the clutch is broken in, and I should have my new synapse bov then too.

I am not sure if the MAP sensor has to be scaled or anything, so that might have to wait, not sure.
