FS: AR15
3 Attachment(s)
M4 style AR15 for sale. Built from quality parts about 5 years ago. It has about 1500 rounds through it. It's chambered for 5.56 so it can safely shoot any .223 or 5.56 ammo.
The gun is very accurate, one of the most accurate guns I own (that says a lot, I have a few). Certainly one of the easiest to shoot and hit with. It's been thoroughly cleaned about every 100 to 150 rounds. If you have any questions feel free to ask. A few specs: 5.56 chamber Chrome lined barrel Colt bolt carrier group 4 position adjustable stock Cheek piece Tacpoint red dot site (quality Aimpoint copy) USGI mount Also comes with one 30rnd Teflon coated USGI magazine I will meet within a reasonable distance from New Hope. It is your responsibility to make sure you can legally purchase this gun. That means at least 18 years old, no felonies, domestic assaults or restraining orders against you. I don't know if you need a permit to purchase for person to person sales, but I'd feel a lot better if you did :) $650 firm |
Re: FS: AR15
why are you selling?
|
Re: FS: AR15
Because ammo is expensive :). I have 2 AR15's and a C93 (HK 93) that all eat 5.56, I'll never afford to feed them all.

Re: FS: AR15
I kind of need the money right now. IF I were to trade, the only thing I want right now is an AK in 5.45x39 (preferably not a WASR)
Thanks for the heads up on the permit deal. |

Re: FS: AR15
Yes, a permit to carry counts as a permit to purchase.
|
Re: FS: AR15
Any more info on the barrel such as length, twist, the manufacturer (match grade perhaps)? Details on the trigger or sights (not scope)?
|
Re: FS: AR15
16 inch barrel, 1 in 9 twist. Purchased from Model 1, don't know if they make their own barrels though. It is not a match barrel. The trigger and sights are standard.

Re: FS: AR15
As far as I know there is no permit required for private party sales. Only for purchase through a dealer, or a shop. Persone to person doesnt require one
|
Re: FS: AR15
OK, I just asked a New Hope police officer and a Hennepin County Sheriff's Deputy. Both said the same thing, a permit to purchase is NOT required for handgun/assault rifle sales between private parties.

Re: FS: AR15
Okay, so if you are an interested buyer either have a permit or be prepared to wait 5 days.
