hey all i am new here grate to find a web site like this just to let you all know a lil about me my name is Tom Murray i am from brainerd, MN i have a 94 eagle talon dl with the 1.8 in it (yeah i know i should of gotten one with a 2.0) i got the car for 1060 so i dont think i did to bad? i am varry in to drag racing i have been racing sence 1997 i am 18 years old and started off in jr dragsters if you race at bir or interstate you may know me. would love to meat any of you that are at all cose to me and check out your cars i love mine i have only had it for about 1 1/2 mounts. and there are not a lot of cars around here that have beat me in it yet (and the ones i knwo well wont race me).

only one truck (it was snowing and he had 4wd) and a lil red thing (did not get to see what it was and did not get on it all that hard (ahd the lady in the car she gets mad) and the guy with the wrx well not race i even took out a BMW lol (i want to tsi so bad)

One thing everyone that hangs around for very long realizes is that we can be harsh even when we are just having fun. Half serious (the topic at hand) and a lot of BS to make it more entertaining. Fact is, you have to have at least a little confidence and a fairly thick skin to put up with some of the shit you get, but it is all worth it and you will find the people here generally will go way out of the way to help. Speaking of runon sentences, how was that?

im sure ud beat me in a race right now, so i really don't have room to talk!! i gotta slipping clutch, leaky crappy BOV(my new one should arrive some day in the near futur from QPR), 2nd gear grinds, and a lil misfire action that i believe is the wires(new ones should be here in a few days, got some accel thundersports from summit!). but ya man didn't mean to get on the bad side of u, im just wierd!!

no no no man the jr is long gone the dragster i run now runs 11.20 at 123 with a stock motor. the car has been down in the 7's before i bot it if i had the money i would put a turbo and efi on it but i dont have that kinda of cash!

A already have seen a new yamaha sled, it was for sale in the cities, that has a built stock 4cyc motor that is turboed and hit 280 on the dyno. imagine 280 horsepower on a machine that weighs like 600 pounds or less. I mean I love hitting the throttle on our 600 which puts about 110hp to the ground throguh studs but that would be so awsome.
