Hey, just thought I would see who is heading back to school for the fall semester. I am finally back at school but; it's hard to get ready with all of the drinking that i going on. Hope everyone that is going back has a good time.

I am going to school this fall, Metro State. Trying to finish up my degree. I am just going part time though. That is plenty with working full time plus the shop!

I've been back at school(Iowa State) since the 22nd. We're not lucky like you Minnesotans and get to wait until after Labor Day.

Im going to Anoka Tech for Machine trades. Then up to Bemidji next year for high performance automotive machine technology or something lol.

I'm probally going to go back for spring semester and take more math classes, my work will pay for it if I make up a reason why it benefits the company so why not? I just don't know where though...

i started school the same time jakey did, the 22nd. i'm still chipping away at that mechanical engineering degree at arizona state.

Yes, it is white, that's most likely me. I barely ever can find a parking spot, but I usually always park in that little lot.

I went back to normandale for my last semester there Aug 21. I will most likeley be at Metro in the spring.

Normandale started two weeks ago also. I heard that they just passed a law stating that schools cannot start before labor day.

I finished the 2yr degree in 2 years and I am taking some general interest classes (principals of Mgmt, small business Mgmt, Entreprenuership, ect) before I head to Metro in the spring.

i started at winona state on the 23rd. Kinda boring during the time that its not friday or saturday. classes are stupid easy right now. hopefully they will get harder so i have something to study for...

Been at DCTC for automotive tech since the 22nd I think? Late August at any rate. College is much different than highschool! They power house us through the material and MAKE us understand it. Hell, I had no idea how an AT tranny worked, and 3 weeks later I can tear one down and put it back together :)

I'm out at UTI (Waste of money? Yes!) in Chicago and started on Aug. 28th. I really do not want to work on cars the rest of my life, haha. I think I'll be going back to school for Automotive Engineering or Machining (both?) to find out what I really want to do.

DCTC taking GM ASEP program. Got my generals out of the way last year, so it's a daily 7-11:30 grind. Yawn.

Pretty sure I leave anywhere from 930-11. You get stuck there till 11 30?! Oh yea, your learning.. lol. I dont really care about the tranny portion on the class because its all about AT and I dont think I will be rebuilding AT trannies.

Yeah, UTI has class 6hr's a day. I go from 2-8pm and enjoy it for the most part. Finding a job kind of sucks though.

We start out in "basic" engine's for all the idiots that don't know anything. It's laughable how basic this shit is. Shit like "what are the 4 strokes on a 4 stroke engine" and "how many times does the crankshaft turn in relation to the camshaft" and stupid shit like that.

Thanks! Your rims look good on your car, if you ever see me rollin' in or walking around hit me up! I'm a goofy looking kid with really long hair in the back(and front but you'll never see that unless I take off my hat...which is never) and a red backpack.

Just remember, everyone starts somewhere, and what you would consider 'advanced' some might think is basic ;).
UTI is a good school, so are most of the area tech schools.

Haha, sweet. I just got back from school actually. I usually am parked there Tuesdays and Fridays. Mondays and Wednesdays I park there if I leave in between classes.

Thanks, they are scratched though :mad: :( So I need to get some new ones. Have you seen that Red 2g turbo at school? Its nice. I'd say come talk to me, but you'll never notice me. I'm short so people look right oer my head, haha, but if by chance you do see me, come say hi!
