Full Tummy=Sleep

I have been tring to lose alittle bit of the winter weight. I have found that my biggest problem is that I have to be full to fall asleep. Anyone have advice?

Stop eating, throw up after the meals you do have, and move constantly.

I have heard herion is great for losing weight... I have been watching myself too, but I don't have a problem falling asleep. Excersize a lot, then you will be tired.

Ever seen a meth addict? A friend of mine, his sister was hooked on meth, she ended up looking like a rat. She went from 140 lbs to under 100 lbs in less than a couple weeks. Ick.

Reid, a friend of mine chews gum and drinks lots of water when he is hungry at night. Works for him.

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

you could try eating something healthy before bed. you know fruit, rice cakes, um yeah other stuff.
I suggest not going the crack, meth, vomitting, cutting off excess fat route.

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

I would just avoid eating anything with sugar (even fruits) as it will be more prone to keep you awake.

I think once you get in the habit of not eating 2-3 hours before bedtime you'll find it easier.

You not fat, Your Pleasently Plump.
Just go on the mc donalds diet and watch the pounds melt away. I also hear that by eating Straight Lard you will shed pounds in no time.

I went there because it was cheap and nothing else sounded good, less than $4 for the 2 cheeseburger meal. I ate half the fries and one burger and started feeling like shit...

If you read the rules or the thread when we were having problems, it bascially stated that we can not have nipples, etc showing. There is nothing wrong with a sexy pic, as long as it's not showing anything. Then people through a hissy, so most ppl just went back to regualr avatar's....

Trying to gain weight? I'll give you some of mine. ;)

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

Logicly, best way.. do this for 30 minutes before you go to sleep.

Work yourself to sleep.
Fiill up six 5 galon buckets with sand and then put 2 on one side of your property 2 on the other and two in your hands.
Take the two that you are carying at the moment and walk over to the oposite side of the property, drop the two buckets and pickup the two new ones from there, proceed to walk to the corner of the property you just came from.

At the time you come to the starting point, drop the buckets there and pickup the 2 that were sitting there and resting, the two that you had in your hand need their rest now.

proceed to the oposite side and repeat the process, depending on the size of the property it might be a hell of a trip, but it sure will make you get to sleep a lot quicker once you lay in that bed!

About the Avatars; I had the understanding that no nude stuff was aloud. If there is a problem I will stick to cars. If there is no problem, I'll just stay in it with the girls.

Ahh ok hmm I remember for some reason non having anything to do with sexuality like bikini girls etc. Thats cool though, I dont mind :)

Enes- you have some strange ideas haha! Thats why they made small weights so you can save space and excercise with the same amount of poundage lol.

For those of you trying to gain weight I have a simple solution: Carry a bag of chips (your choice of flavors) with you throughout the day.

A//// Guy 05-24-2005 02:59 PM

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

Tried that... but your mouth gets ripped apart by the sharpness after you eat to many...

I think the weight will add on once I turn 21... 3 months to go :)

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

That is a damn sexy avatar, as for the trying to loose weight, try working out a few hours before going to bed, don't eat any fruit or any fatty/sugary foods after the work out, that will just keep you awake. If you still can't fall asleep then try picking up some Melatonin, that is the stuff in turkey that makes you sleepy. You can find it at any natural food stores. That might help you, it may even slow the metabalism alittle and make you not as hungry.

A//// Guy 05-24-2005 03:56 PM

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

You dont want a slow metabolism.. You want a fast one so your burning more calories even when your doing nothing. Thats what I have... A slow metabolism means you can work out all you want and you still wont burn as many calories.

Re: Full Tummy=Sleep

yes, whenever i think oif you reid (and i think of you A LOT), i just picture your avatar. hot chick with no nipples showing. plus she's nice and young looking.

here's teh your solution with weight:

when eating food; if there is the option for two burgers - eat one instead. go for the small pop/soda or just eliminate soda from your diet altogether. there was this show on MTV - "true life, i'm a fatass" or some such thing, and this super gargantuan chick with thankles was eating fried chicken and coke for dinner, and her fatty husband was making this garbage for her. she was on a diet i guess. and she weight in at around 6 bills.

so, now that you're eating less, you must excersise more. break the conquest engine and push it up and down your cul-de-sack. it's soo easy. if you aren't breaking a sweat, you aren't working. and lifting weights will not make you skinny. it's that whgole riding bikes trash. play dodgeball or tennis with old people.

I've gone through the loosing weight thing, if you need to be full to sleep fill up on a decent salad, you'll have to take a good dooker when you wake up in the morning but hey thats what your going for. Stay away from empty calories suckers ect. When you exercise more you naturally start to get more energy so it makes sleeping harder after a while. Another thing if you need to be full drink a glass of milk, its always filling.
