Who else thinks ac/dc sucks? I think it could have something to do with me only being 19, but mike says im "gay" for not liking them one bit. I think some people should throw down some opinions. Since there are a lot of older people... im assuming this thread will lean towards the opposite of what im trying to accomplish.

They just only have 1 song and they kept releasing it with different lyrics throughout the 70s and 80s. I don't mind them too much, but not something I would seek out. When we used to listen to the radio more at work, 93X would usually play an AC/DC song every single day sometime around 5-6pm, so you knew when it was almost time to go home.

I think AC/DC like many bands, had a peaks and valleys.

The bands peak was the 1980 "Back in Black" album, <Back in Black, Shook me all night, Have a drink on me, shoot to thrill> after that they went all downhill fast.

Now they suck....

I'm old enough to remember their older stuff. Except for one or two songs, they suck. They're one of those groups that I can play the bass line to every one of their songs by the third note with no sheet music. Borrrriiiinnnnnnnnnnnnng.

AC/DC is a good old school rock group but nowadays you here the new kind of rock and stuff, people who love rock like me love old school rock and love the new shit that's out there, the only shit i can't stand is stuff you dont understand what there saying half the time - i mean slipknot - a few good songs but half the time you dont know what the hell there saying. NEW ROCK RULES and old school rock you have to appreciate - YEAH AC/DC kicks ass.

Josh, you are completely gay. Seriously, other than Howie, look who is agreeing with you. Hughes and tom, both known homosexuals as well as a bunch of others I am starting to think may be gay also.

AC/DC had a bunch of songs that sound very similar as does every band. They also had a lot that were different. "For those about to rock" sounds nothing like "who made who" or "back in black" etc. You can usually tell a band by their sound EG. "SOD" always is easy to tell as well as Metallica or Nickelback etc. Their songs always sound familiar for obvious reasons. No different in that respect. Your just too gay to know the difference.

AC/DC is not my cup of tea. I'd rather not listen to them because I cannot stand listening to the vocalist. Maybe if they took out the vocalist/"singer", they'da been a good band.

AC/DC is one of those old school rock bands that will always be there. They're just like any other band from that time: They sounded unique, and still do. You can't say that for today's "rock" bands. As for their songs all sounding the same... NO SHIT! It's the same band!

Oh dont get me wrong, I love 80s rock- Ratt, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Motley Crue, Alice in Chains, (not all 80s but early 90s too) list goes on... but 93x plays the same 3 songs from ACDC or Ozzy or Van halen, gets kinda annoying. And the only song that they play from iron maiden is -run to the hills- which is definetly not one of their best songs, its ok though.

Bringing up your favorite website again? Tom (tpunx) is pretty much the posterchild for homosexuality, he represents the side of this argument that is against AC/DC well. I am pretty sure all you homos will be getting a room together having some big circle jerk, with tom and Josh(90LaserRST) being the pivot guys while your all listening to the sounds of new kids on the block.

In summary: Those who like AC/DC as well as other decent rock of old are cool moral people that you should listen to and respect. The ones who oppose such music are all homosexual dick trolls with bad taste and should be relegated to driving saturns and honduhs and such.
