Ashlee Simpson: Can it get any worse?
 

So I've never been a huge Ashlee Simpson fan nor really disliked her, fairly neutral I guess. Well I just finished watching her sing during the halftime show of the FedEx Orange Bowl and she was absolutely terrible. I realize that an artist is always going to sound better after being doctored up and having his/her music recorded but I could hardly stand to listen to her fake squeeling. I'd say the best part of her entire performance was listening to the crowd boo her once she finished.

That's sad that people would boo her though. Seriously, I think people give her too much crap for that one lipsynching incident. I honestly think she's a little better than Britney Spears which should be the one to be boo'd but no one does it because Sex sells I guess.

Britney is wayyyy better than ashlee. Thats hands down, but I dont listen to either of them so maybe I just am biased by the nonlistening. Ive heard both on the radio and maybe on SNL though.

I agree that Britney is better than Ashlee however I do think that if Ashlee ditched the black hair and f*cked up wardrope she would be nicer looking that Britney.

She sucks, she's always sucked. The little time I wasted one day with some show about her on MTV showed she obviously can't sing. Kinda reminds me of Michael Jackson's brothers trying to ride his fame back in the mid 80's, except even they had more talent.

Actually, I don't have her CD. But being a very vocally biased person, Ashlee has more vocal talent than Britney could wish for. Britney just has the body and dance coordinators.

(bullshit) ohh wait, i can't even sing my own music live apparently. annnd to top it off i wear shirts that say things like "punk" on them. someone needs to go and crossbow that bish in the head! :)

All you people that say she sings better then Britney, hows that? Shes done numerous live shows on tv and never sounds like a squeeling pig, and looks better too so shes better in my book. Although her getting engaged twice to losers doesnt look so good.
