i heard about these a while ago and wanted one in red but i never heard if they were finished being made or not. If they are made can i get one shipped to me in red?

Matt D. 11-21-2003 06:28 AM

Tom (tpunx99gsx) made his himself using scrap vinyl from a sign shop, a printout of the DSMStyle.com logo to trace and a razor blade. I'm sure he has a picture of it on his car somewhere.

AJ 11-21-2003 08:43 AM

I was in the process of having them made, but $$$ wise I would of had to order a bunch to make it cost effective and it is a price I didn't want to front at this time. Look for them in the early Spring.

tpunx99GSX 11-22-2003 02:47 PM

30 bucks and ill do it for ya, this is my member service. LOL

AJ 11-22-2003 03:03 PM

Please no more of the hand made ones. PPPPLLLLLLEEEEEAAAASSSSSEEEEE!!!! LOL

DSM97RS 11-22-2003 05:15 PM

haha, yea making them by hand SUCKS! after i made that post last night, i decided to make my own and i worked on it and finished thismorning http://www.angelfire.com/mn2/arcadecontrol...stylebanner.JPG

AJ 11-22-2003 05:19 PM

Jana 11-22-2003 08:23 PM

ltdpower 11-25-2003 04:37 AM

Don't hate me but.......

I think it looks retarded as hell, but so do all large stickers, make your car look like a dirty whore that strips at Augie's, now nice small decals that aren't so obtrusive and blind other motorists on the road causing accidents daily... That would be nice, hell I'd even put one on my LTD.... maybe.

So you look through the very top of your windshield and rear window while looking out for other traffic? Sucks to be you... :razz2:

This from a guy that put a hood bump on an 85 LTD??? :smoker:

What were you thinking? :stick: :bounce:

A//// Guy 11-25-2003 09:54 PM

Stickers are ok as long as they dont stand out too much and match the car... In my book... it has to be clean.

Shhhh, don't tell anyone. I probably won't even put the hood back on the car next spring. But I was just joking, I don't like window banners of anything, just looks tacky, I might put small stuff on my car, I have a Holley sticker on it now. That's it.

Oh yea, the only reason I'd want a hoodscoop, is if I need one, but my current idea which is top secret, I'll definately need it. Note: The top secret idea does NOT involve a pair of T3's.... yes, not a pair of t3's.

timwakefieldjr 07-13-2004 10:12 AM

I have a connection that can make banners for you DSMStyle. The guy does all of ours and they are perfect everytime. I can get you his contact info if you would like. He sets ours up with an overlay (Silver part of it and White the other part).

http://www.cardomain.com/id/timwakefieldjr there are some farther away shots on my car there. He also did our smaller decals too.

Hit me up on AIM and I can tell you the info you need

No, I used to have a detail shop in St.Cloud called "The Wash" until Denny Pecker bought the building I was leasing and hung me out to dry. (VERY shady Deal) So Ive just been doing Vinyl and details out of my home. The Vinyls been keeping me preatty busy.

AJ 07-15-2004 02:28 PM

Can you asnwer the reversed printing question from above. So that they could be placed on the inside? I am curious about that myself

there ya go

AJ 07-15-2004 02:47 PM

ahh sweet, didn't see that. Thanks.

Blade 07-15-2004 03:07 PM

Anytime

Knoc 07-15-2004 06:22 PM

It works out sweet that way, but sometimes get harder to see. Esp as a window banner unless the windshiled isnt tinted on the top, but I think almost everyone is. But it is nice even for the side incase you drive it year round and dont want to scrape it off with the ice scraper. But another option is we can always get ya a fresh one in the spring. Either way is cool with me. No difference.
