Dream Car
So what is everyone's dream car? I asked this about two years back and it would be cool to see how things changed.
As for me, I love the R34 Skyline. I fell in love with it back in 2000 and I still think it's a scaled down version of God. I'd put up a pic of with a properly Modded R34 looks like but i don't have one small enough. |
I think my dream car would be a 350Z
|
McLauren F1
But, I'd settle for the Lingenfelter TT Corvette 1997-2004 Corvette Twin Turbo LS1, ZO6 427 CID 725 BHP / 730 lbs-ft of torque 0-60 MPH 3.2 seconds with street tires 1/4 mile 9.50 @ 145 MPH with ET street tires Estimated top speed 230+ Check it out  http://www.lingenfelter.com/lpe%20-%...ec%20Vette.mov Or Joe Rogan's "Sick Fish". |
after driving it, id have to say a mercedes benz e55 amg
or a koenigsegg or lamborghini gallardo |
Porsche Carerra GT, Pagani Zonda 12S, or a Tommy Kaira ZZII.
Non-supercar... I'd have to go Mitsu Evo VII |
Definitely a Porsche Carerra GT... After seeing a video of one being driven it seriously screams "street legal racecar".
|
Hopefully realistic someday......
'05 Dodge 2500 Crew Cab with the Cummins diesel |
'71 dodge demon 340 black on black on black
|
The new Bugatti coming out. I can't remember what they are calling it but it puts down over 950 hp from the factory. 920-some torq. They were previewing it on Autoline this morning.
Otherwise, my dream car from highschool was the 68 Camaro. Hideaway headlights, rally striping package and possibly a convertible. |
hmm.. slk F1 .. dream car..
but now after i wake up.. i'd say rwd 2g eclipse... black with black interior.. tubed in the back with nice meets on it ... but i'm just going to settle for the fwd one sitting in the garage... :( -E |
Bigfoot.

Probably a diablo vttt would still be my favorite.
But i'll 'settle' for the stealth when its done, for now. |
White 1991 GSX with black leather.
|
Any good running dsm will do for me. To bad there is no such thing... A ferrari Enzo would be good though along with a porsche carrera gt.
|
Old school 73 Porsche 917
1760 lbs 820 Ft/lbs Torque 1100 Hp (there was even a 1500 hp model) 0-60 in 2.1 seconds 0-100 in 3.9 seconds 0-200 in 13.4 seconds Maximum speed of 250+ Mph |
I would either go for the MKIV or a mint Datsun 510.
|
I'd have to go with Grey Wulf on this one. The Nissan Skyline would be my dream car, just like almost every other asian person around here....haha. Or the Bugatti Veyron...that thing is bad***. Its just like a Mclaren F1.

Stock block and a Trust T88-34D at 1.8 Bar. I'd go for a ZZII...in blue |

Its a kit car and you can pick any v12 engine for it |
911 Twin turbo, Or a 959. Carrera GT wouldnt be bad either.... Dream car = Porsche.
|
Anyone seen that new Chrystler supercar? That'd be my choice. Skylines are awesome too, but I see 10 of em a day so they are kinda becomming less and less interesting. Saw an R33 on Friday for sale, 6k. Not too shabby.
Here I found a quick pic of that Chrystler, it's called a ME412. Here's a quick lil article on it too. http://www.allpar.com/cars/me412.html http://www.carbc.com/news2/highres/me412-01.jpg |
Mines R34, 2005 Proche GT3, or a F1 car
|
Mine would have to be a twin turbo Enzo. The thing just looks bad ass. If you are talking a little more affordable, the Ford GT is hard to beat. Then if reality sets in, you will see what I will have on the road in 2 years.
|
Dream car would be an R390 GT1
http://www.autosea.by.ru/Zagigalka/A...n-r390_gt1.jpg But being a little more realistic, a car that I would actually like to own one day would be an Acura NSX http://www.screensaverjapan.com/machine/nsx/nsx.jpg But since I live in reality, I will probably end up with somthing a little more like this someday. http://www.wfre.com/timages/page/cougars_dream_car.jpg |
I love the Enzo too, but that Chrystler Me412 is supposed to beat it in pretty much every category.
|
a tommii makinen EVO 6. i've druled over them since they came out
|
Good call on the Ford GT Jet. I love that car.
|
Forgot about the Ford GT... Either that or an original Shelby 500GT.
I wouldn't turn down a chance to drive a Corvette C5R on the streets either. :p |
To everyone with their dream car under 35k....go buy one!!! Financing does wonders. As for mine...maybe a R34, but I think I would rather have a little 2-door sports car of some sort.
|
McLaren F1
|
fuck the enzo, gimme an F40

Ferrari F-40 (Rude & Crude w/ Sequential turbo's)
or a 69 Yenko 427 Nova |
Exotics are nice, I would love to have several of each but if you have ever driven an ill tempered camming muscle car from the late sixties, you would drive past a parking lot full of Enzo's to get it. You just can't describe the fun. And I have driven enough of the exotics to have a reference for the opinion. The other thing to note is that the car I listed would be much more difficult and expensive to get than even some of the spendy stuff listed like the Mclaren etc.
Brian, that Yenco Nova isn't a bad choice either. Any of the GM muscle from Baldwin Motion, Nickey, or Yenco would be fun to have. |
