Well, I let Josh run my car once, he ran a no N2O 13.365 @ 104.1 with a 2.162 60'.

I ran all my passes with the 75 shot. Missed second gear the first wo times (DOH!!) and ran crappy times. Last run I hit all the gears and ran a good time, here is the slip:

So now I have the fastest 14B GVR4 Record by more than .02 of a second. (was 12.79 untill my 12.77 last time)

I ran a 12.10 at 121.34. That was running 28lbs of boost on C16 (FP3052). I have super crappy tires (3+ years old, practically bald in the back goodear eagle front / firestone back). The car wighed in at 3340 with me in it.

I turned up the boost to 30lbs and fouled the plugs, so at that point I decided to

I ran the exact time as Vassil. 12.1@121mph. Spent most of the time just relearning how to drive, two times at the track in two years doesn't help much. RF was slippery as shit. I spun brand new Nitto drags all through first and halfway through second. I need to find my power, this 12-second bullshit is boring.

i've got every run on Saturday on Video Tape. Including Cher's 11.3 which by the way was a come from behind win against a Bike. Which made it even more sweet to watch.


Sorry I didn't make it on Sunday My newly shaved head got really badly burned on Saturday. And didn't want to risk making it even worste going on Sunday.

None the less was good to see steve out at the tracks again and congrats to everyone else and there times.

But I have to ask Brian what Boost/Gas, etc are you running to hit that 12.9?

i had a mixture of 111 with 92 about 50/50 .. and i was set to 24psi

had a whole bunch of 115.98 115.85 passes, with 2.28 60 foots, and 2.31...

when i had the 2.0 60 foots their system ended up messing it all up.. but still ran at 115.94 mph..

then i had a 2.01 60 foot, with 13.001 1/4 @ 107mph .. because i had compressor surge in the 4th gear..

go figure when I had hair I used to never go with out a hat. On saturday I didn't even think about it. (cause I'm used to not having to worry I guess)

Sunday I thought about going. And wearing a hat but a typical Base Ball Cap still wouldn't have covered all my sunburn even with sunblock on.

Jenny's said I should just wear one of her big ass beach hats but I could just hear the comments from you knuckle heads. Anyways I just stayed home and took Jenny's bike out for 120 mile Cruise with 2 other guys. (has 960 miles on it now :woowoo: ) was hoping to hit the 1000 mark but the sun was starting to head down so I just headed home.

Jenny's been trying to help my depression about my car being down by letting me ride her bike.

What did that porsche run? I think he's a doctor and his practice is right next to Walgreens @ 42 and 11 here in Burnsville.

That is a SWEET ass Porsche, but I prefer the regular whale tail spoiler over that one... ick.

but he doesn't get on it until he gets to like 1/8th mark and he still ran like 13's

I think I got behine him one day, I had the camcorder ready in case we got a chance to go but never happened. I took a quick shot of him as he pulled into the parking lot.

There was a nice little 914 there on Saturday. It had a LT1 350 in it. I talked to the guy later in the day at Porky's, real nice guy. He ran a 12.8 or so but found that one of his spark plug wires was bad, so he was only running on 7 cylinders. He figures it's good for low 11's on slicks. We're going to line up one of these days somewhere around town to see who's faster. Heehee.

His fastest mph of the day was only 113mph. Unless he ran after I left.


When talking with Cher in the morning before racing he was saying he should be at about 130mph in the 1/4.... Just a bit off but he was steadly increasing his MPH through out the day though. Started at 107, and about every pass went up 2mph.

But I agree was a very nice looking Porsche I got 3 of his runs on Tape. Only cause I was waiting for that 130mph pass, but never happened. :headache:
