If i get my trany back from shep, and get help to put it back into the car i should be all ready to go.. hopefully nothing breaks and i'll go on the DCTC on the 31st as well..

I know a lot of the faster local imports and Rustangs are going to Cedar Falls on the 28th. Day racing is from 4pm-8pm and then night racing from 11pm to ???am.

HMMMM I'd be interested if someone brought a trailer in case I broke while I was down there.

I would be up for RF on Sunday. I work until 4pm on Saturdays so I would not be able to head to Iowa or RF on Sat. Anyone else wanna go to RF on Sunday? I wanna see what my new setup can do.

Cedar falls night racing?? I might be up for that. How far of a drive are you talking to get there? Anyone going with a trailer? Otherwise I'm probably going to RF from how its looking. Cedar falls sounds like a good time though...

If I go to the track it's going to be Rock Falls. I had my Rear Tire go out yesterday on my way home from work. And it had to be replaced so I'm low on funds right now.

Do we wanna plan on meeting somewhere in the morning and caravan out? I always enjoy heading out with a group versus just one or two. Maybe somewhere on 94 towards the WI border?

I'm always game for a gathering. But I won't say one way or the other till later next week.

With the way things go I don't even know if my car will be running? Seems no matter what something has to go wrong.

I finally get the car running with out any oil leaks, etc.. And then yesterday my tire goes out on the way home so now I have to get a new tire. I tell you if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all.

I may be going if I can get the tranny back on and get the car tuned. The tranny is a bitch in the first place and I am trying to fit a scattershield on at the same time. Anyone want to help???

Hopefully your scatter shield fits better than mine! Mine won't be going on until this winter when I can fix it better.

I will be there. The 29th at the above time and place. Lets get a big group going.

What days do you usually get the most runs in? I may be able to go this weekend if nothing goes wrong. I will have to learn how to drive my car again before I make it out though. Hopefully this tranny shiftsl smoothly.

Usually the fun days you get the most runs. The reason being there is faster cars and they get things going a lot quicker. Plus there isn't any 16+ sec brackets that take forever. There is a lot more 12 and 13 second cars. So the fun days are definetly the better day to go.

And the track is in a lot better shape as well. There isn't people doing burnouts with cheap fucking walmart tires and shit. Plus they put down a lot more traction compound because of the abundance of muscle cars.

Fun days are usually on Saturday and Import days are on sunday

my trany won't be done until Wednesday and shiped thursday which would mean its here on monday after that.. hence why i cant go.. but if someone breaks you know who to call ;)

Not sure which track I'm going to. Hopefully the new tire will come in by this weekend. And if everything goes well after that. I'll just have to play it by ear to see where I finally end up.

A bunch of guys are going from TC Stangs on the 29th. Sounds like fun! I might even have to tune up the red car on Sat. and go whup some 'stangs with my $1500 beater :D

Well I am heading down on Sun, not Sat. I have to work until 4pm on Sat so I would not be able to make it. Lets all go Sunday, seems to be the popular vote anyway.
