We have a block of rooms reserved for $139/night, please call the hotel directly to make your reservation. They are under my name (Michael Rosenthal) you will have to have them transfer a room to your name!! This is important, I took the last 10 rooms that were not suites. I will cancel them if they are not taken a couple days ahead of time. Be sure to specify you would like a poolside room! The hotel also features a pool, a hot tub, and free WiFi.

We will also be passing out the map packets as usual at the meeting spot the morning of the cruise; I will also be providing electronic maps to those who would like them (we'll start a list closer to the cruise date). As always, the $10 fee per car goes towards the expenses of planning the cruise. None of the money goes into our pockets, any proceeds are donated directly to the site to help keep it running smoothly and also make sure we always have great dyno-day prizes for everyone!

I'm really looking forward to this one and expect it to be a great adventure as always! This is an all-ages event so everyone is welcome. Please also feel free to bring along a friend or your girlfriend/wife because these events are always fun for everyone! Remember, the fee is per car and not per person.

You MUST arrive by 8AM SHARP fully topped off, do not arrive then expect us to wait around while you go fill up.

Better late than never! I'll have to finish up the last few things on the car pretty soon here to have it ready to go. Minor things so shouldn't take long. This is my weekend off so I'll probably make it.

Just an FYI Mike, I called to reserve a room and they couldn't find your name in the system for 10 rooms. They said they had 2 wedding party's and a football team staying, but that was all for block reservations. I reserved a regular room at $139 a night, but I don't know if there are anymore left (maybe some suites?).

You actually need to give his name and then they will find a bunch of rooms under his name and they then will change it to your name

Thanks Craig. Yeah I have 10 rooms under my name. If you give it to them they should be able to transfer one to your name. That was the only way they would hold 10 rooms for me on a busy weekend!

Updated meeting place and time! Mike do you run E85? Scheides which car are you taking? Trying to decide if I need to find an E85 stop or not. Looking at about 188 miles from meeting to hotel.

Agreed, for such a small group not worth the hassle. I haven't spent much time on this, and I'll print the map packets at work. I can also email a link with the route so you can follow on your phones if that is easier!


I'm gonna do something a little different since we are looking like this is going to be a small group.

I am going to change the meeting spot to my house. I will PM everyone my address. Since it looks like half the cars live right by me and a couple others have to pass by it on the way it might be a little more centralized. (sorry Kevin! :) ) We will still meet at 8 and roll out from there.
