House for sale

I am hoping to sell my house in Rogers, MN. I'd first like to offer it to a local car enthusiast before getting a realtor involved. My house was designed to be a car nuts castle, so putting it for sale here makes a lot of sense.

If you want the most bang for your buck in garage space and live in newer and quiet suburban neighborhood, then you should take a look at my house. I've got a page created at: http://mn3s.org/wordpress/?page_id=1047

Let me know if you have any questions,
Curt

We bought some land just east of Elk River. As soon as I sell my house I can build our new one.

Any interior pics?

Re: House for sale

I was going to take some interior pics last night, but we are in the middle of taking xmas stuff down, so the house is kind of a mess. Hopefully tonight I can take some.

Okee dokee thank you sir! No rush and I'd honestly take messy pics over no pics just to get the mind rolling.

If it had more bedrooms upstairs for sure would consider it, badass looking place and I love how huge that backyard is.

Agreed, place looks good. I've been considering moving to a new smaller house. I have zero reason to have my house at its current size. I just wanted a 3 car garage. Plus Rogers is a bit closer to my work, not by much though.

Looks like a nice place, Aaron or Scheides, pick it up, great place to store mitsu's!

I'm in the same boat, no reason to have 2300sq/ft & 4br/3ba anymore. I'd lose quite a bit with everything I've done to the house this past year, but it is realistically more than I need at this point in my life. That huge garage would be awesome!

Yep, same, i'd rather trade house size for a bit bigger yard and closer to work, this looks like a perfect size for what I'd need but I am not in the mood for moving just yet. I use like 2 rooms in my house, well 3, lots of unused space.

GLWS Curt.

Lol, I'll take the shed/deck.

Yeah, I'd do anything for that garage space. I built our house when I had a 1500 sq/ft shop. Doh.

I've thought about making the basement a 5-car additional garage since it's a walkout, don't think the wife will go for it though.

Re: House for sale

I have had a couple of serious buyers looking at my house, but it is not sold yet. Also, I've done some more research and determined that I was undervaluing my house. So I've raised the asking price a bit.

This house is still a great value for the car lover out there. And I take care of my house just as well as my cars.

later,
Curt

It looked a bit under the pricing to me as well, glad you raised it up!

Also do you know who built your house? I believe we have the same builder, just by looking at some of the pics, but im not sure who built our house.

Shade Tree Construction is the builder. They built a lot of houses back in 2001, when ours was built. They are still around, but they are much smaller now.

That's who built my house, my area is called the shade tree community :)

Makes sense! Ours was built in 2001 too. I noticed the bathroom had similar construction with the tub and sink before I renovated it this last year.

Re: House for sale

House is still for sale. I've had several people look at it so far, but its still on the market.

later,
Curt
