I'd like to better last year and make it the track twice this year!! :leghump:

I know carltalon is down for a day, right now I'm leaning toward 10/20 (saturday).

You guys should come out on the 13th. It's still only $40 to run like on a sport compact day but track prep is better.

If I can't hit the times on the bike on the 13th I want I'll probably be back on sport compact day haha

Oh shit I didn't realize there was a track day then. Weather looks like ass, but to be honest man, I don't think I'll have my parts by then.

I ordered a HAL vented oil cap, but I just ordered the AN fitting i need for it tonight. Plus i need to take off my intake manifold, last time we went I had a pretty good sized boost leak from my EGR blockoff plate, i'm not sure what the issue is there but I'm just going to get it welded and also I need to match the TB inlet to my TB. :blood_ish:

Yea weather looks a little iffy but was figuring it would only get worse farther into October so might as well try and get out when I can.

Fun is in the racing. U should be able to do 11s with your setup.

Too expensive and time consuming, plus it sounds like it will be packed.

We should have the transmission back in Vassils car and be ready to race on the 20th. Thats the plan at least. Who knows what else will go wrong before hand though.

He just picked up a set of M/T slicks so that should hopefully help with his traction issues and wheel hop. As long as he can lift to shift everything should hold together! We will see! I'll let you know as time gets closer Aaron.

Awesome, I'd come to just watch that car. Got my HAL landry -10AN oil cap in, so hopefully i should be good on the smoke/crankcase pressure issue.

I should be able to make the 20th. But definitely the 21st. A friend is trailering the car, so it really depends on him. Hopefully everything goes well on his end.

Brad/Paul, you guys should really try and make one of the days!

I plan on going but unsure which day to go. It works best for me to go on Sunday but could really go either day. I'd really like to see Tom's car run and would like to see Vassils car run as well.

I'd love to see cars like vassil and mark line up, to have 2 of those cars together i think is pretty sick. I'm planning on going and to be honest if they are both going I'd rather not be racing.

If we make it with Vassil's car, I doubt he will be hard on it. All he wants is a 9.99 and doesnt want to grenade another tranny. The M/T Slicks should help a lot so hopefully he wont spin as much! Plan is still for Saturday. Sunny and 54* on weather.com... Track is going to be slippery!

Looks like if everybody is going Saturday I'm going to try and make it out Sat as well. Thinking track prep should be better than on sport compact day anyways.

I will be there on Saturday. I'm hoping to set a new personal best but it sounds like it will be worth going just to see the other DSM's that will be there. Anyone planning to meet and cruise out together?

I love meeting at the McDonalds in Hudson as I'm a fatass but the actual McDonalds parking lot kind of sucks for trailers. The gas station right next to there has plenty of room to park then walk over the McDonalds though.

My plan is to get to that Mcdonalds by 6:30, then try and wake up while eating then hit the road at 6:45 if anybody wants to half ass cruise out there

we've gotten there around 7:45-8am a couple times. It's always good to get there early in case there's a bunch of people. Especially on Sport Compact Day.

Yeah I plan on being there when the gates open. It takes a while to get unloaded and through tech. I'm up for meeting at Mcdonalds in hudson at 6:30. I am used to getting up early so its no big deal for me.

I figure if we get there around that 7:45-8ish range that gives us 1hr to get through the line to get in, unloaded, through tech and maybe time to take the pre race shit/piss to go faster lol.
