FS: 1995 Eagle Talon TSI, Red, Rust-Free, $3,700

1995 Eagle Talon TSI

---3,700$$$..OR .Accepting reasonable best offers for serious buyers only. If you don't have cash or proof of being in the market to spend a couple grand on a car, I WONT let people take it out on joy rides----

Up for sale is a beautiful, fire red, rust-free 1995 Eagle Talon TSI FWD! At 150,000 miles, I became the third owner of the vehicle since the fall of 2010. Before ownership this car was an original California car, made its way to New York, since then Minnesota. Interior is grey cloth which I would rate at 7.5/10 for a vehicle this age, there is a cigarette hole on the front passenger seat and one on the rear seat from previous owners(s), the exterior would be a 7/10, some door dings and clear coat paint fade in the rear and a ding on the driver side fender. I bought this car knowing I picked up another DSM and soon there would be problems. With-in the last 35,000 miles give-or-take different parts were put on when needed at different times, much maintenance has been done and 80% of the receipts are in-hand.

As you can tell I'm very organized and put a lot into the sale of this car and will reflect the quality and time put in this car, does have oil pan leak and speedo sensor needs to be installed!. Ya we could all agree about the FWD thing. My 2nd, and last FWD.

The M3 is a 95....Little Old but I don't mind & will be a perfect car for her.

Ever think bout parting it? i'd have some money to throw at the motor and turbo.

tehehodi 03-25-2012 06:41 PM

Re: FS: 1995 Eagle Talon TSI, Red, Rust-Free, $4,500

Don't part it out! There's a crap ton of dsm's that are already shells. Don't need to add to the pile.

I think the only thing deterring the sale is:

1. It's not AWD
2. Girl is not included.

CornFed2.4 03-25-2012 06:58 PM

Re: FS: 1995 Eagle Talon TSI, Red, Rust-Free, $4,500

What he said. Don't part it Alex. You think flakers and lowballs are bad now wait till you start selling individual pieces. PITA I should know ive parted a few now. Not to mention it take over your entire garage.

Swanny 03-26-2012 02:48 AM

Re: FS: 1995 Eagle Talon TSI, Red, Rust-Free, $4,500

I brought up parting it out and realized it would be terrible idea to waste a good rust free running car. & your right being that its FWD its hard to sell...3,800$ but I'm accepting any reasonable offers right now for serious buyers, thanks.

I have a spare passenger white 2G door, couple 2G throttle body's, (Nick if your around my area you can have these parts for all your HELP.) and I'm sure some other random stuff I will be including in the sale.

P.S. What does PITA mean? LOL don't flame, I always wondered! I'm just going to throw this out there If you don't have cash or proof of being in the market for a car that's worth a couple grand I wont be letting people take it out for Joy rides. I had a guy drive it harder then I ever have during a test drive, also one lacking the abilities of driving a manual car. He said he's use to Honda..

Pain in the ass, lol and yea I've had so many people drive my cars and grind gears or stall it and say "I'm used to Hondas,Nissan, etc..." I wanted to punch the last guy in the face , he said he didn't want the car because the tranny was to "stiff" compared to his car aha
