Tuesday Meets-Davanni's in Roseville
 

I wanna start a weekly Meet in the northern metro. at davanni's on lexington just south of 694. Same parking lot as Cub Foods. Post if you'd be interested.

Who: Possibly You?
Where: Davanni's in Arden Hills (3673 Lexington Avenue North)
Why: They have good food, reasonably price, ample parking room, with great view of cars, well lit parking spots, somewhat centralized for the north metro.
When: Tuesdays @ 7pm

I'd be interested once in a while, I live right up Lexington from there. The big thing that keeps me from going to the meets on Wednesday night is spending nearly an hour in the car on a weeknight.

Yeah, Plymouth is 35min each way for me. That's why last night was the first one I'd made it to.

I'm sure I'd make this once in a while.

It usually a 45 min each way for me too plymouth too, plus meeting at 7 means I get to travel thru rush hour.

No but food tastes better with a good beer. I had a Black & Tan that uses Blue Moon last night. Don't think I'll be doing that again but it was something different.

I talked to davannis manager, he said its all good if we show up, and eat food on tuesdays :)

So tuesday at 7pm it is. its supposed to be 60 degrees on monday, hopefully that carries into tuesday.

I do love Davanni's, good choice...however the evo will be sleeping then, so I may or may not head to this.

Oh I know, I will just be less inclined to go places. Right now I am on a massive budget, well trying to as I am poor, so going to places lately has been an excuse to drive the evo, with that gone I will be more likely to stay home and try to save some money.

Plus after work, I usually like to relax at home.

Exactly, and that's the reason a few of us on the other edge of town don't make it out to meets as much as we did in the Applebee's days. On a nice sunny summer day then that makes up for the drive. But otherwise, a 35-40min drive one way for some apps gets to be too much for me personally. I'm not complaining, just stating my perspective, so nobody get hurt feelings please :)

I'd be down for Davanni's. I'd prefer somewhere a little more lively, but I think it's a good start. Depending on how my schedule looks, I should be there. Chances are I'll be in the 'Voy since Teh Bean is on jack stands. Aaron wanna meet up and we can roll out there together?

^I'm down, my days aren't planned so I never know what I am doing, but being jobless obviously not spending money is my goal. However I can drink all teh water I can for free!! lol.

You guys wouldn't survive in Texas, it takes 30 minutes (@90MPH) to get anywhere. Driving to OC from South Minneapolis is like a stroll in the park to me.

Yeah but you just stick a garden hose in the ground for fuel. If I'm not spending $10 on E85 and not driving as far then more :beer:

Yep, I am rolling down in the Honda quick just to drop off Lomker's GoPro. I can't stay though, I really really need to not spend money. This months credit card bill is a big one (thats what she said).
