after watching that video, i did get a laugh out of it, it was worth it.. thank you mr.

a civic really really needed that wing, at the end of the race with the cavalier notice how it just took off? it went to catch up with the convertable..

haha damn you beat me to fixing the link, thanks though. Yeah the civic did jet forward. My guess is that he didn't use his nitrous against the cavalier but then got it ready for the mustang?

omg, it's called neon SRT-4 it's a neon. it looks like the other neons, it just has a hotted up motor. is a turbo eclipse a different model than a naturally asperated eclipse? nope, they are both eclipses. tell hort that. and whoever thought of HORT should be donkey punched.

i also could not get the links to work.

JustROLLIN 04-24-2004 11:35 AM

The only HORt person you have asked is me. I never said it was or wasn't. The reason i say that is cause the body style is a neon but the engine isn't.

Your right the motor is "hotted" up which is why i don't concider it a neon. I mean its fast...

Mike thought up the whole HORT thing.

NoNameSteaks 04-24-2004 03:04 PM

I also asked 2 more ppl from HORT. And thnx Andy.

Halon 04-25-2004 12:15 PM

i too consider them neons. i mean they have the exact same body. It's like saying the EVO isn't a Lancer, because the only thing it has in common with the other Lancers is the body panels. Even the chasis design is slightly different because its reinforced in places that the regular lancers aren't. BUT, on the dodge website, SRT-4 is not an optional model of the neon. It's shown to be its own sepearte car. So I guess that would make it not a neon. But it still is to me, and im not trying to dog on it or anything saying OHHH ITS JUST A NEON. I still think it's a pretty nice ride, my buddy has one and it's definately quick!

Raptor 04-25-2004 02:31 PM

I make a suggestion jokingly and now there are HORT people running around. Good fun though. There were a bunch of guys in Millaca that had 16 second and slower cars calling themselves MOSR (Millaca Organized Street Racing), I figured the hopkins boys could emulate that pretty well.

FattyBoomBatty 04-25-2004 07:06 PM

i would drive an srt-4 any day, as long as it was free... or i had 21G's to spend. i think they are sweet, and they could beat any DSM ever made! because the
SRT-4 is fastAr.

i mean, you've seen that video of the guy busting out 160 mph in a school zone? the speed needle rises faster than my 3rd gear tach needle!!
