Since Swifty is banned, I figured I would take it upon myself and put a thread up to see if anyone is interested in going. I went to the Cars and Coffee meets in Las Vegas and they were always an awesome time. Also I'll be home from Portugal on leave for awhile, so it would be nice to reunite with some old DSM faces and meet some new ones that are apparently all the rage now. From what I can gather it is at the same place the last one was. I am way too lazy to setup a list for a caravan or anything, so hopefully Swifty gets unbanned so he can post up all the details.

I have no idea if I can get out of work but if I can I'll be there. It might bethe last one before crappy weather hits.

We usually meet at the EP mall parking lot on the movie theater/wildfire. I don't remember what time, does 7:45 sound right? The lot fills up fast on nice days.

The EP mall is maybe 5-10 minutes away so it's a good location to meet at. I saw meet there at 7:30 or so and have the cars leave at 7:50 sharp.

How about this: we meet at 7:30 am like Car racer said, in the EP mall parking lot in front of the AMC theater building. If people want to meet then, I'll meet there and I'd like to drive to the show with a group. But if you want to be lazy and show up late, peace out, I'm going alone ON TIME.

OK, since swift fail is not even attending this one, I'M going to just step up and say we should meet before the show at 7:30am at the AMC theater in the EP mall. The show starts at 8:00 am and it's already filled with cars by then, but not as much as it is later. Mitsu's and other cheap cars get put in the back anyway, but as Dave Mustaine put it, "showing up early is on time, and showing up on time is late."


If anyone is interested, please reply here, and then we'll get some shit done.

I'll be there, my dad is on the fence on attending with his Camaro as he has an issue with a leak.

7:30 comes early but I'll be there. Arrive at 8 at the Automotorplex? The import area seems to get crowded when there's nice weather.

Swifty - Don't try and organize shit if you're not even going. Let the people going work it out and deal with it (we already discussed this via PM last week and this is exactly why I wanted you to stay out of it). As far as I can tell since you're going to be off playing with Rau this thread doesn't concern you one bit.

One more OT post and this whole thread gets scrapped and you can all start over :)

I'm on the fence about going, it depends on how I feel after work. If I do go I'll meet you guys at 7:30, but if I'm not there by then, don't wait up.

People going can see my old Black viper. The guy I traded it to will have it there, it now has white stripes running down the thing.

This is a fun event. I typically don't care much about car shows and didn't have any problem staying there for a couple hours. This is getting to be a pretty big event.

I think I remember seeing 2 Black Vipers, one being an older RT/10 with the 3 spokes, but I didn't get any pics of either.

I know the guy with the S/C orange viper, the blue viper above, and I know that the black viper in the backgroud of the other pic was wrecked and sold recently. My old car would have been the black RT (convertible) with chrome wheels and white stripes.

Never seen that blue 1g before...

Heard a guy was there with a black GTS hard top. That car was one a local guy bought from a junk yard, fixed up, and sold. That is what he was talking about.
