A vid from this last Memorial Day at one of our local circle tracks.

Keep in mind this was when the Galant was pretty much stock and only putting down 203AWHP/210AWTQ.

1st Race was against a Grand Prix GTP

2nd Race was against a 1991 454SS pickup

3rd Race was against an 82 Camaro

4th Race was best two of three against a 79 TA with a 327 sbc and some serious camber in the front right

5th Race was best two of three against a 500hp Baja race truck

That whole video made me smile, good driving. For the victory lap you should've laid 15,000 miles worth of rubber and smoke that bich out, lol.

You need better tires, with all that breaking on the last turns. the TA almost went right up your arse with no lube.

Yeah, the crowds reaction was priceless :D

It's AWD so burnouts are a no go

My tires are BFG G-force's, they don't let you run race compounds. The reason I was breaking so much was #1 you don't want to wreck yourself while you're out front and #2 that TA likes to cut iside if you drift too high.

We should take over that track one day next year!

Considering you put down 130+ more WHP than I do I'd say you have a shot ;)
Depends on your spool time though.

If we do a club thing it would only be people who actually care about their cars and no ass hats. You wouldn't need to worry about someone hitting you on purpose.

I've run out there since 01 and never been hit.

Sounds like there might be some interest in a club grudge match on MNFbody and TCstangs.
