Some mods but my car is a 1.8l.I have a couple more parts to get then it will be a 1.8t.Ill put on pics when i get home.

Haha why not just drop in a 4g63? IMO, a 1.8t is a horrible waste of money. Even more of a waste than a turbo 420A.

Because my 1.8 is more reliable then the 4G63.Ever think of that one?To turbo a 4g63 is no fun cuz there is unlimited parts availible for such thing.But to turbo a 4G37 is way more fun and challenging.Id rather take the hard way instead of the easy way.

What?!? Your 1.8 is NOT more reliable than a 4g63. The 4g63 is one of the most reliable engines there are. Now is your 1.8 more unique, yes, but also kind of pointless when there is a proven direction to go that gives you more power, more reliability, is easier to do and is cheaper, but that is just me :D

Well its my car and ill do whatever the hell i want with it. I dont give a shit what you guys think.Im not gunna sit here and fight with you girls allnight over something stupid like this.Maybe ill get a 4g63 when my 1.8 dies..But that isint gunna happen anytime soon.

Just don't try to pretend it is something that it is not. You want to do a 1.8t to be unique? Fine, but don't pretend it is going to be better than a 4g63. No one would have a problem if you said you were doing it for shits and giggles.

I would advise you being a n00b to not insult and name-call the members of this board or people will get real cranky real quick. You posted your project online and people are commenting; if you can't handle the comments thats too bad. Its the internet, people will always have their opinions and they generally aren't nice :)

I also agree a turbo 1.8 is a waiste of money, but I'm also not the type of person to come here and shit on someone elses thread like people have been doing.

After all he is a new member, I think everyone could be a little more curdious. I don't know that is just me though.

LOL my 1.8t wont be as quick as a 4g63t i never said it would.I got the car for free 2 years ago its been running perfect since then,Now it deserves a little boost. When im sick of it i will get a 4g63

Atleast the car was free, I would keep driving it and look for another 1g turbo car to buy for cheap, by the time you get done putting a turbo on the 1.8 you probably could have gotten a car for a better deal. Someone found one in saintpaul on here for $800 and it has a spare turbo you could use on the 1.8. It's in the classifides under 1500$ car.
