QPR! Quick Precision Racing

So we came up with a name that we all like, and want to roll with. Well since no one ended up winning the name contest we want to toss something else out.

We want to see what you guys can come up with for a logo. Somehting that would be on an actual sign for the shop. Simple yet catching. If we go with your logo you get $50 in free servive or parts from QPR!

A logo, or banner? If it's a logo I'll go nuts, but if you want a banner give some dimensions.

logo. A website banner is not what we are looking for. A logo that would end up on the sign for the shop or a business card is more of what we are after.

My thought is that something should try to be made that can also be easily cut into vinyl for stickers to sell to people. Things like brush strokes are hated by vinyl cutters.

Someone should design a logo with the 'Q' in quick to look like a tach with the needle pointing at the 4 o'clock position. :bounce: :banana:

Here are two complimenting logos that I've made so far. I've chosen to do my work in black and white for now since nothing was mentioned of what colors to use. I have the original PSD files if anyone wants/needs them.

These can be easily edited with more or less "stuff" if anyone wants it. More are on the way, I just need time.

I though the green was classy looking, But I also liked the red and orange in the first one. I can change the colors to what ever you want.

I really like both of the styles Matt and Mike, Of course a nice blue would look cool! Is the marble background tile somewhat unique or is that something that has come from somewhere premade. I think it should be unique as much as possible.

I can texture anything however you want, and it will be as unique as there are adjustments on the tools I use.

The background is generic. I took it, flipped it, changed the tones and colors, put the logo on top of it. Chances of anybody making a connection to it would be very slim. Anybody here seen it before? Don't over think it. It's a sign. They all have letters from the alphabet, they all spell words, they are always on some type of background (white, black or colored) and they all establish a business. :P

Well, I don't have a fancy computer program, so here is a Quick :P freehand that I did. If anyone likes my idea, perhaps they could translate it into photoshop or the like. Here goes.

You can attach it to your message as a jpeg from your computer if you'd like. Then you don't have to wait for someone to host it from a server.
