DSMStyle Twins Game Meet - Wed Aug 16. 7:10 Game Time
 

Would anyone be up for hitting up a Twins game sometime? Get some seats in the upperdeck all together to watch a game and drink some beer. Tickets are like $10 for upper deck and it's about the only way to get a group together.

Just a thought, I've been to a few this year and have good tickets to the White Sox game next Friday night through work as well. The Twinkies are on a fucking roll.

I'd be up for it, but we should just do upper deck general admission so we can move around freely. What night works for people? Weds are good since the students here (or anyone with an old student ID) can get in for $3 (regular price $6) and the hotdogs are $1.

Wed night would work for me. Next Wed we play Cleveland at home so it won't be very busy and that will allow us to move around more. On Wed the 30th we play KC.

Otherwise, on Thursday, Sept 7th we play Detroit again at home and that would be a good game to watch as well.

Wed Night, the 16th then. Game stats at 7:10 CST. I'll probably meet Jana downtown after work and we will probably hit up Chevys for a bite to eat and a few happy hour drinks defore hand. Happy HOur till 6pm. Then just show up and buy tickets at the gate.

Everyone want to meet out front at the Will Call gates? It's by the main exit area. I am going to meet Jana downtown and I think we are going to grab a bite at hooters before the game. Not sure when everyone else will be abel to be downtown.

I should be able to be down there by 6:30, hopefully not any later. We can either meet outside, or if you guys go in before I arrive I can just call your cells and find out what section you are in. Are we still planning on the general admission cheap-seats?

Why don't we all just meet outside the will call window at like 6:45. Give us time to get tickets together in case the GA tickets aren't available due to the amount of people.

Yeah, it's in the main entry way where all the radio stations are at and all the misc pre game fun and games are. You can't midd it. It's a bunch of window in a dug-out type location outside the Dome. It's an easy place to find. Right by a few tickets places.

Silva? He's 5-2 in his last 10 games. When he's on he's pretty damn good. When he's off he can still keep the Twins in the game. Tonight should be a exciting night. Neither pitchers are known for strike outs so the bats should be active on both sides.

if you guys are taking the light rail you will get off at the dome right where you need to be. If you walk from the light rail station to the dome I think you run smack dab into the will call area. Just hang in that area and we will all grabd tickets together.

Jana, take cash out! :) I don't think they will have general admission tonight since it looked pretty packed even in the upper decklast night but getting tickets close won't be an issue.

Hopefully GA doesn't sell out, I wanted that $3 ticket! I actually like sitting in the upper-deck though, I like being able to see most (if not all) the field from a birds-eye view if you will.

My ex-roomie/coworker Dan and his current roommate will be at the game too so they may sit with us.

Your tickets are still $3 with a school ID. that won't change, we will just have specific seats opposed to upper deck general admission. Just going off what one of the guys at work was telling me.

That would have been a pretty good game to go to. The 408ft homer from Cuddyer was badass. Glad they won.

Yeah I caught the end of the game on TV, I was out riding motorcycles with a bunch of guys from the cities. It was too nice out to sit inside anywhere IMO.

Would have been a cool game to go to though.
