Well it's pretty much official. I've decided MN is not for me, so I'm doing the old pack up and get the f*ck out move. MN has not much here for me, and I will be taking a job at my step dad's dealership making $3k or more a month, which is about what I make in 3 months here. I'm pretty excited, but scared, and a little sad all rolled into one. But we'll see how it goes!

PS. Will someone re-open my car for sale thread, please?

Oh man, I moved from Dallas/Ft. Worth a few yrs ago. Actually, I kind of wish I could go back for the friends.. but not the actual place. I hope you like it there; car scene is out of control down there. What city are you going to be moving to?

I lived in Carrollton for 1/2 of my highschool. Then I moved back to live with my dad again. My friends down there are awesome, seems like there's ALWAYS something to do there. Though, I never could find a good car place, only Concept Racing in china town, which was mostly Hondas. This time I will be in Frisco, then moving out to Arlington about this time next year.

Yah, me and Outlaw1 never really got along very well but I'm pretty sure we will be living in different areas.

yeah, what can you do at a dealership besides sell cars that makes 36k a year? Unless you are working 70 hours a week or something. Because with a standard 40 hour work week, and 2 weeks off, you would be making around $18 an hour, and I don't know anyone who made anywhere close to that at the dealership I worked at besides salesmen, and managers.

Basically I would be doing everything from receptionist work to detailing. I've done this for my step dad at a smaller dealership and gotten a little bit less than that. So basically what happens is the more work I put into it the more I get out of it. I get $100 per car that I detail. I can easily detail 10 cars in 3-4 days, which I've done before. So in reality, its not that hard, along with doing paper work and receptionist work on top of that. Trust me guys, I've done it before :p

Gotcha, basically just a really sweet deal because its your stepdads place. Thats cool, wish I had a hookup like that.

The dealership I worked at you got $10/hour and like $2 for every car you detailed, and if you did less than 10 cars every 3-4 days, they gave you 52 weeks of vacation a year, unpaid of course.

Well damn, you should have mentioned you had those skills. I could've probably had you cleaning 2 cars a day plus general shop cleaning and phone stuff, all the crap I do right now but don't really have the time to do. Your stepdad pays more than I could though.

She details so good cause she's so small and fits in all the nooks and crannies normal detailing items can't reach. Like the back of the "ass"tray and all the slots in the seats up in the "cock"pit. :) Tauni, I'm gonna miss all these memoires! Fuck, we need Tom to move back. Cause I miss looking at Anna to! ;)
