Here are the Top 10 DSM Dyno numbers at Elite as best as I remember right now and the car. Let me know what I got wrong. I have included turbo and 1/4 mile time/mph around the time of the dyno as best as I know for comparison. 1/4 mile mph is more of show of HP than ET.

1. Brent 744whp
95 Eclipse GSX
T78 + nitrous 9.18@152

2. Shane 694whp
99 Eclipse GSX
T4 T67 10.4@130 Best mph 138

3. Cher 617whp
91 Eclipse GSX
T3 FP67 11.3@132 Lower Boost

4. Momin 571whp
91 Eclipse GSX
T3/T4 SC3561 11.4@131mph

5. John 532whp
90 Talon AWD
T3/T4 60-trim 11.0@128mph

6. Andy 531whp
91 Talon AWD
SCM61 129mph on SCM61 11.2 on 20G

7. Isaac 501whp
90 Laser FWD
T4 60-1 11.6@130

8. JET 498whp
92 Talon Tsi AWD
SCM61

9. Jeremy 470whp
99 Eclipse GSX
Green 11.9?

10. Chris 465whp
95 Eclipse GSX
T4 11.3@133 with a bunch more power than it had when it dynoed

Thanks for posting that up Shane! I Just wanna say again thanks to Elite and all the DSMers that showed up for the Dyno Fest we have a few weekends back. We shook that list up a bit with Jeremy from IA and Nash from MN both putting down over 400 and getting on the chart. I have a good feeling that list is gonna change a few times in 2004!

Jana 10-20-2003 10:39 PM

Excellent! Thanks for getting this list up so people have some idea's on what to shoot for. :D Or something like that.....

JET 10-20-2003 10:51 PM

Hmmm....first is pretty untouchable, but I think several of us are going to be fighting over the #2 spot! I want to see if that little 50 trim will push 550 whp :jammin: Thanks for the list Shane!

john 10-20-2003 10:55 PM

Thanks for the list.

Shane@DBPerformance 10-21-2003 01:02 AM

I think 550whp might be a little much for the airflow capabilities of a 50-trim. A little nitrous would fix that though.

Goat Blower 10-22-2003 12:03 AM

I think I might have to stop by and see if I can move up the list a bit before the car goes into hibernation for the winter.

SlowWhite 01-05-2004 04:39 PM

I thought Isaac put down 530whp at some point? before he parted it out.

-brian
I just want to make it on the list again.

Goat Blower 01-05-2004 05:51 PM

501 whp

Matt D. 01-05-2004 10:34 PM

Screw you guys and your big turbos. :razz2:

*pets his 16g*

Shane@DBPerformance 01-05-2004 11:00 PM

You can go for highest 16G number. :)

A//// Guy 01-05-2004 11:09 PM

Indeed!

Haha, is that even worth shooting for? A ported head and FMIC are in the future, but money will be put into suspension before then.

niterydr 01-06-2004 11:03 AM

16g's can be wicked when used properely.
Such as dual setups, and to hit people with them.
11's on the 16g!! lets see it.

1:11 at Brainerd or Road America? Sure.

CVD 01-06-2004 12:05 PM

If the POS didnt creep i'd keep it. Its been good to me, but its time for it to die.

I want pictures and video.

CVD 01-06-2004 01:01 PM

Ha, naw, I'm not going to do anything nasty, it's just getting retired ;)

Kracka 01-07-2004 05:00 AM

16G turbos can be a lot of fun and have a huge amount of potential if you use them right. As for hitting people...I prefer the T-25, the outlet acts as a very nice handle for swinging it around by.

AJ 01-07-2004 11:14 AM

I wonder if a t25 and a 200 shot will ge me on the board?

Good luck running a 200 shot, I've yet to hear of any DSM'rs running that much.

As some consolation for the published national record, the guy that beat your T25 record was using what another guy called a "tin can". You've still got the fastest full-weight plus neons and tunes T25 record.

Goat Blower 01-07-2004 06:00 PM

Hmmm, looks like I'll get a shot at another spot on the local top 10 board, although this time it'll be on pump gas. :dsmrule:

SlowWhite 01-08-2004 10:03 AM

Brent was running a 200Shot on his AWD. According to Devin.

That I'd believe.

john 01-08-2004 11:51 AM

Jeremy had nitrous on his car when he dynoed. He didn't have enough fuel to support it at the time though.

If I am not satisfied with my power after the turbo, I will probly go to N2O myself.

Shane@DBPerformance 01-08-2004 12:12 PM

I doubt Brent was running a 200 shot. I know they tried a 150 shot once, but they already had tons of problems with the 125shot that they normally ran. The AWD made around 600whp off the bottle and 744max on the bottle.

I would say the chances are very high that Sheperd is running a good 200 shot though.

There has to be some reason how he picked so much MPH. Didn't he normally run a 125 shot? Going from 125 to 200 would give him enough HP to improve his trap speed like he did.

CRAIG

Last I saw brent put down 531whp off the bottle. And when I think the first honda put down 530whp(that Red one that came to Rock Falls when brent last ran his AWD there) Brent figured he couldn't be out done so he used what ever shot he had and that's when he did 744whp.

At least that's what I was told by Devin.

I know for a long time they were back and forth between more boost and less of a shot. So who knows. But the above statement was what I was told by Devin.

Shane@DBPerformance 01-08-2004 04:39 PM

Brent is standing behind me and what I said above about both him and Shep are true.

SlowWhite 01-09-2004 08:43 AM

Cool!....

so whens the next time Brents going to dyno. I'm sure alot of use would love to watch.

npaulseth 01-10-2004 01:38 PM

I was at elite when he layed down the 744. I forget the guy I was talking to, real nice, glasses, I want to say Devin. He said that the car did like 544 on boost only. White 2G right?

SlowWhite 01-12-2004 04:09 PM

Think you guys will ever list it by Pump vs Race gas?

I might be able to compete then (damn stock 7 bolts  )

-brian

Shane@DBPerformance 01-12-2004 04:18 PM

No.

Shane@DBPerformance 01-12-2004 05:55 PM

Well, there are atleast 3 7-bolts on that list now. I dunno if Jeremy had a 6 or 7-bolt.

I think he was a 6 bolt at that time.

john 01-13-2004 12:21 AM

Any stock bottom end on the list?

Matt D. 01-13-2004 12:35 AM

Nash is that I know of.

The bottom end is not stock, 2G pistons, 1Ĝ big rods. The most I made on a stock bottom on was 390. I'm sure my 2G would of made over 400 had it not had fuel problems while it was on the dyno.

At-Least-It's-An-Evo 01-13-2004 03:27 AM

Mara and Shaun were on stock bottom ends.

SlowWhite 01-13-2004 08:52 AM

What's the highest dyno number for a Stock 2G bottom end? (Andy with 390whp?)
