The Food and drug administration announced today, that the international symbol for choking will be changing. Administrators feel that the new symbol will represent a more accurate description of choking, rather than the old outdated version.

Here is the old symbol:

Here is the new "updated" symbol:

LOL nice one.

Minnesota has such fair-weather fans its disgusting...

If they win they are the greatest shit in the world, if they loose they are practically run out of town. At least Packer's fans love their team no matter what.

ABV 01-09-2004 08:29 AM

It's no different then the way people rip on thier own DSM's. When things are good, it's good shit. When timing belts snap and 2nd gear synchros are ground to nubs, people rip on them hard core. But they still love them. I'm a big Vikings fan. In fact, I've had season tickets for the past five years (going on six). I don't plan on getting rid of them anytime soon. So since the Vikes had control of thier destiny for the last weeks of the season, and they saw thier playoff chances diminish, I suppose I should have been happy for them. I should have shrouded myself in memories of the good 'ol days, and congratulated them on being only the second team in NFL history to start 6-0 and not make the playoffs. Hell, I guess records were made to be broken.

Hater.

HAAHAA!

FizzleDSM 01-09-2004 12:00 PM

that was definitly hilarious...very nice i must say

Kracka 01-09-2004 01:31 PM

Ehh I just don't understand you people...when I love something it is unconditional. If you will notice, I vary rarely, if ever, rip on my white Talon. I figure if I treat it well it will do the same in return. Maybe teams are the same way. The Packers sucked it up during the season but their fans stuck with them and they ended up in the playoffs. Anyone who has lived out of state and has been a sports fan will tell you that MN has just about the fairest-weather fans as anywhere.

Kracka 01-09-2004 01:33 PM

Just so people know, I am not a Packers fan and am only using them as a good example.

JiN 01-09-2004 01:35 PM

O no, I still support the Vikings, but if they fuck up I'll laugh at them. There aint shit wrong with that. Like if your Talon died tomorrow. You'd be pissed or something....unhappy. Same with me, only I dont get pissed over football. I just laugh and joke.

Nash 01-09-2004 01:37 PM

How you can you not be a fair-weather fan when they have a season like they did? I want them to win every week they play, but it almost makes me sick when they can't beat teams with losing records. Six of thier last game's where against Arizona, NY Giants, San Diego, Oakland, Detroit, and Chicago, combined record of 28-68. And they could only be Detroit, and then just barley. Something needs to be done to keep that team going, because when they are on I don't think there is a team that could keep up.

JiN 01-09-2004 01:39 PM

I agree with Nash. I think their problem is they get comfy. You notice, the first half of most of theyre games, they're dominant. But then its like they say, "oh well, we're winning now. Now we can chill." Then they get fucked over. It's either that or they just come out playing like shit right out of the locker room.

Kracka 01-09-2004 01:42 PM

I don't follow the Vikings too closely, but that sounds like a coaching problem to me. Just so people know, I am not saying this about just Vikings fans, the Twins and Gophers are the same way.

JiN 01-09-2004 01:46 PM

From what I've heard, and actually seen Tice is like a really good coach. Better than the dipshit before him I almost think. Cuz he grilled Moss about that whole "I play when I wanna play" bullshit. Since then Moss aint been a selfish dick. He also was benching people left and right if they went offsides and stuff. He's kinda hard on them from what I see, but I do agree that he should get in their asses a little more about slacking off.

A//// Guy 01-09-2004 02:14 PM

Yea the last game they played Moss and Culpepper were joking it up onthe sidelines and then they lost. What idiots.

Shane@DBPerformance 01-09-2004 02:19 PM

I was hardcore into them and the NFL since the mid 80s and played in a fantasy football league from 1990-2001. Then a couple years ago I kinda decided to stop watching as much until they get rid of Culpepper, but I fell back into watching them often this year and was happy when Gus Ferrote was in there.

A//// Guy 01-09-2004 03:40 PM

Cant figure it out... Ill post later.
