Winter Karting event!

http://www.evomn.net/forums/showthre...le-guys-in-Feb

Post up when works for you, we'll probably do a weekend, not sure what day exactly. This will probably be the most cost-effective karting you ever do, awesome fun racing, shit talking, and of course beer afterwards!

Karting THIS SATURDAY FEB 18th, 10AM at ProKart in burnsville! Nothing official, just show up and rip! If enough people come we can make bets, trash talk, etc. Come on out!

Cheap enough for shenans and a day of helmet break-in for me.

$22 is well worth it. I remember last time I went, within the last 2-3 minutes were racing, I was exhausted. By the time we were done with the first 8 minute run, all of us were pretty exhausted. Can't imagine doing this in a F1 O_O

Makes you miss power steering for 8 minutes, that's for sure!

Should be fun. Not sure my fatass will fit though. Lol

Re: Winter Karting event!

^ Haha i think they got larger karts :D and yeah i forgot to add that 8 minutes feels longer then one would think! But then again a quarter mile pass only takes about 13 seconds or so on average, but im sure it feels like forever especially for first timers.

To put it in perspective, 8 minutes is usually 20-25 laps.

NOTE! Website says they don't open until 11, so Revo wants to make that the start time! I will be down there around 10:30/45 so we can hang a bit.

See you there!
